They don’t honor the rewards system here. I have their app and I had 300 points on the app. I redeemed a 6 piece nugget. It should have been free through the app. They said to do that I’d have to buy something, which is incorrect but whatever, I did. But then they said it “didn’t go through” and they didn’t give me my free 6 piece nuggets but they gave me what they forced me to order. You need to honor your rewards program if you’re going to have one.

Last time I was here the food was just okay.They have a great breakfast, the potato fries are the best. They should have them on the lunch menu.The restaurant is not clean, but the service is pretty good. Probably not managed the best, they were out of napkins the last time I was there. However they did give me a bigger cup for my French fries. As like most fast food the pictures look way better than what you actually get.Kids love the chicken nuggets more than any competition. And they sell a junior frosty which is a great size for kids.

Food usually good, I just hate getting that last diddle of fries that are small and greasy instead of what it looks like on the commercials. Update! I ordered 3 Dave's, 1 double and 2 singles. All 3 burgers were not worth selling to any human. The patties were dry and hard edges. I guess we'll try again another time. When I get burnt I usually can't eat at a place again for months, in this case it had been several months ago because I had a bad experience with the food. It's always burgers, I've never had a bad chicken sandwich.
