Whataburger in Magnolia AR was not a great experience. I ordered on the app and it would not let me do drive-tru or curbside, I ordered around 8:30pm. So.. I had to go in to pick up my order, I had to make my drinks. After I received my food, my 2 gravies were missing. I told the young person at the counter, she went and came back with just one gravy. I repeated I had 2 missing, she went to the back and came out with another. No apology, no sorry for the inconvenience. It was Friday night but they were not busy. I won't be back. I have noticed the service has gone down hill during night time. Daytime crew are always good and helpful.

Just went through the drive through after a long day to get my husband and I dinner. The service was good and the worker was super nice, but my avocado bacon burger had maybe 1 piece of avocado on it and my husbands burger was raw in the middle! We will not be eating here anymore because I spent way too much for a meal that was raw!
