I loved everything about Loves the service the employees is very nice neat and clean and very well stocked👍🏾👍🏾and my dog Sosa absolutely loved the dog park. What a great idea! very useful and convenient when traveling with a pet. GREAT JOB ❤️LOVES!

This has to be the worst Arby's we have ever been to. I went in to order some lunch. I told the lady I just want two chicken wraps one barbecue one Ranch and that will be all. Then she stands there asking me if u want to buy some cookies and all this other stuff. I said no I just want two chicken wraps one barbecue one Ranch that is all. Then she goes do you want to donate I said no I just want my two chicken wraps. Then she goes on saying well can't you find it in your heart to donate. what a freaking joke. I came in there to order some food.. I know what I wanted and I ordered what I wanted but for some reason she didn't want to process my order. This lady working the front counter oh my god please get rid of her and hire someone that can do the job. I said cancel the order i left along withmy co driver that was behind me. We went to McDonald's this was 11:30 a.m. Friday

Food is standard abrys but the gentleman working the register this evening was TOP TIER, super friendly with the everyone who was in line, read my order back to me and offered sauces. And it felt genuine not fake. Love that.

The senior gentleman that waited on us yesterday at the Lices Hit Springs syore made a typical Arbys visit special, we appreciate your friendliness sir, he even upsold us a cookie and it was delicious I wish I'd gotten his name, it truly is about the people you meet that make the little things in life special.

The customer service is OK but the burger was raw which is kind of stupid. I know The cooks have timers in there and ways to make sure that burger is cooked right They’re not hard to cook at all, I’ve cooked at a steakhouse for four years in my life It’s not that hard to make sure a burger is cooked, stop trying to push our order as fast as you can, slow down and do it right

Arby's serves breakfast? Whoa. I didn't know that until we stopped at a Love's for gas and a Luna potty-break because we've discovered most Love's seem to have dog parks.
Regardless, the egg, bacon, cheese croissant sandwich was pleasant. The hash browns were crispy and hot. Add in a Dr Pepper and breakfast was a success.
Rest of the family enjoyed their meals as well.
I would have no issue going back to Arby's for breakfast. (Although I'd rather go elsewhere for breakfast and go to Arby's for lunch or dinner. I love Arby's roast beef sandwiches DROWNING in Arby's sauce. Mmmmmmm... )
