The only Burger I have ever had that was worse was McDonald’s. Who ever the cook was last night July 30 2024 6:01 pm needs to be fired, it had more mustard than meat, absolutely the worst Burger King I have ever eaten

Waited 25 minutes in drive thru for food, wasn't acknowledged at window and the as told sorry for wait because they were waiting on fresh meat. My patty was cold and got fries instead of onion rings. Absolutely disappointed.

We had to wait quite awhile, I didn't get the cheese I ordered on my burger, and I had to wipe off so much mayo and ketchup off to get to any burger. Yall shouldn't put so much of that on a burger, especially if you're just gonna glop it all in one spot.

The first window hasn’t been open for quite some time, so naturally I was pulling up to the second window when a guy named Sheldon yelled at me “right here.” Jokingly I said oh when did you guys start using the first window?! & he responded with “she said first window” in a very disrespect tone & unpleasant look on his face. I was on the phone with my father & I said to him oh that was rude. Sheldon then handed me back my card with nothing said. I have a customer service position at my work place, I’m very aware of how to treat customers. No matter what there’s no reason to be disrespectful.
