First time here, as were were passing through from a Crater of Diamonds Park visit. I wanted Mexican food and Google said Cotija was five miles up the road (from when I searched, it's not 5 miles from the park.) Food was delicious and staff was attentive. My family especially loved the guacamole. Decor inside was not overwhelming, but warm and homey. Prices were average and on par with what we'd expect for a meal out. The only disappointment was that they do not serve...
The food is amazing if you go ask for the green sauce get the hot and it’s the perfect heat not to hot or to mild just the right flavor it’s the best I’ve had out of all the restaurants I’ve had it at. Also the steak-chorizo street tacos in corn tortillas were the best I’ve ever had the sauce they serve with it adds the best flavor! You have got to try them they are amazing!!!
This is a regular stop for me and every time the food is great with awesome service. Their salsa is really good and thick and chips are made fresh. They give you a basket of whole chips and not broken up pieces of crumbs.
