They are always friendly. They even start my regular order when the see me pull up out side. Stop there every Friday for pizza for Grandkids . Awesome service

Usually fine place to eat but lately there’s been basically zero sauce on the pizzas

I'm a chef... So when I get home I don't wanna cook. These guys never mess up my order, never burn anything, it's always been tip top shape Everytime I ride through. AND they talk to my dogs when we come through. Never any crappy attitudes, just friendly people that make quality food. Good teamwork at this store. From a mgr stand point ... Good job guys keep it up!

Tried to order a pizza over the phone. Typed it my card number twice. They kept getting wrong numbers. Horrible service. Use Pizza Hut instead.

The Pizza was so bad and so burnt. I took one bite and threw the rest at the front of the window of the store. I was so disgusted.

Called and placed an order. Gave them my credit card info, quoted 30-45 min. An hour goes by and nothing. Call the store and find out that they have cancelled the order. No notice, no call, no call to let anyone one know dinner isn’t coming and that card has been refunded. Manager said my wife just “didn’t get it”. And could not offer any explanations as to why they have stopped delivering to our address. Said they didn’t “catch it” before. Very irritated with the response. And that nothing could be done in the slightest. Allen? is the manager.

the food is always so burnt. i’m from fayetteville i come to malvern to visit family and everytime i order it’s so burnt…. i LOVE dominoes that’s why i order but it’s just so burnt compared to nwa 😐

After placing an order online. It gave the time that the pizza would be ready. I made it there 4 minutes late from the mount of time given and pizza wasn't ready. I went into the restroom and when i came out. There were pizza sitting on the counter and i asked were this my order. Lady said yes. I took the pizza home and when i opened it. It wasn't what i had order. Pizza Hut called me and told me that next time I'm in there. Make sure I pick up the order that is mine. This was very disturbing. What was the purpose of the call? She didn't want the pizza back. Won't be going back. They make house calls.

Pizza was really good. Nice customer service.
