EVERY time I order DoorDash from here my bag comes sealed as it should, BUT MISSING HALF MY MEAL I ORDERED. This is ridiculous. Now it’s past breakfast and I can’t order what I wanted. As a pregnant person this is extremely upsetting. How hard is it to read the orders? If you order from here expect to be missing at least a whole meal.

For the third time, I was asked to pull around to the front after going through the drive thru. After waiting over 10 minutes, I tried calling to remind them I was still waiting for my order. No one answered the phone. I went in and showed the guy behind the counter my order. They finally gave me my order which was 2 senior coffees with 3 creams each and a big breakfast with an extra sausage and no hotcakes. When I got home my coffee was cold with 1 creams each and and no potato patty with my big breakfast.
McDonalds is not a place to go if there is another place open that serves food.

How can you file a complaint on someone working the drive through? I was at East page mcdonalds in malvern and recorded the whole situation after being belittled by an employee while having someone on the phone listening while this happened. I used the app as well to place the order before arriving to location. Worker told me I could not order until I was in front of speaker but I was right in the front of the speaker. I even explained this to worker and they continued to let 3 other vehicles order in the other lane before telling me to pull up without taking my code. I got to the window and that lady I see almost everyday so she was confused. When I got to the second window and was told to pull up and wait on my food I had ordered over 20 minutes ago. I had to get out of the car with a boot on my foot with a cracked fibula and high ankle sprain to just get my food. The first male listened to the situation and the goes to back still in ear shot and visible and began to down grade me in front of a lobby full of people and his coworkers. Telling manager he wasn't dealing with it. The manager came and talked to me and fixed my food fresh but I want to file a complaint due to how I was treated with the two employees. The manager and the lady at the first window were very polite. I visit this location often. However the community should not be disrespected by employees while trying to get there food. Please let me know what I can do to further assist in this situation.

This is one of the most rudest locations I have experienced. The employees are very rude and talk down to customers. If you ask them to fix an order then you get treated disrespectful for even asking them to fix it. This is one of the ones in my home town and honestly I drive across town to the farthest one from my house to get better service.
