If there was an option for zero stars ... HORRIBLE non-existent customer service ... I walked to the counter, saw 2 employees standing there, I asked where the ketchup was ... they both looked at me and turned their backs ... a customer told me it was behind the counter ... so I had to go behind the counter and get it myself. When we go inside there was a customer standing in line at the counter, waiting ... we looked around and saw the kiosk where you order the food and placed our order. I had to tell the lady standing in line that nobody was coming to take her order. While the workers did their best to stay out of sight of customers they were easily heard and what we heard was very crude language. We will NEVER go to this location again. The owners need to handle up on those employees or they are going to continue to lose more customers.

Standard horrible McDonald's we have all grown to despise yet still eat at fairly regularly. Always sloppy and old food..that is ever shrinking in quantity..yet the prices are steadily on the rise.

We are from out of state and were stranded on the interstate this afternoon into evening for 3 hours when they closed the interstate. We rented a hotel room since it was getting later and the traffic was not getting better. No one else was open (including Walmart), but your workers were kind even though they were working. They even told us to be safe. Your kindness kept us from having to scrape together a gas station dinner for the kids - THANK YOU!

McDonald's is really gone downhill since the last time I went I actually went inside and you can't get anybody to help you even if you want to pay cash you can't.

Dealt with 2 different employees .. despite me being polite, smiling and using words like please and thank you both seemed to be grumpy they were there... Not sure if they were just overwhelmed but it was a different experience than the one I had here a month ago

Super kind employees - stopped for a bathroom break (for us humans and the dog) on our road trip. Bathroom for people was clean, and our dog got a pupcup when she was spotted from the drive thru window.

Went through drive which I typically come through 5 times per week close by my work. I get same meal almost everytime and use my McDonald's app. I selected on my app free medium fry with purchase of drink. She rings me up for Big Mac and medium fry. I tell her no my code is for free fry with purchase of drink. She than tells me again it's for a big Mac even though I'm clearly looking at it on my phone and get this meal 5 times per week. She than asked me if I have different code but I couldn't get another code because I had given it to her already and she had entered it not allowing me to do another one. Maybe next time take care of your customers and just let them pull on up to window to show what the app says instead of telling your customer he's wrong. After this I decided take my business else where and went to Wendy's next door. Yall just lost a everyday customer!
