By far the worst service I’ve gotten at this location. This is our local McDonald’s we go here many many times. This one experience is the reason we will not be back! My son ordered a 6 piece happy meal and there was a hair in it and he ended up choking on it. I called up there and spoke to the manager and she was very apologetic about what happened and told me she would remake it. So I went up there the next day and the current manager that was there assumed I was lying. He was hateful and very rude definitely should not be in customer service or a manager. I told him I spoke to a manager and he asked “who did you speak to” I said “idk she didn’t give me her name, but I can show you that I called McDonald’s yesterday” he proceeded to say “you don’t know who you spoke to?” And looked at me as if I was stupid which than just really set my nerves because he made me come in to get my food and get out of the drive thru line which was highly unprofessional. I have never had to do that with any mess ups. I have worked in customer service/food for over 15 years and this man succeeded the worst service I have ever received by anyone.

Just tried the bagel egg and cheese. Just because it's shaped like a bagel does not make it a bagel. It was awful. I tried to just eat egg and cheese but no salt on egg and American cheese slice not melted at all. No flavor at all in whole thing. It was almost $20 for our order. I could drink my orange juice. I will not order again. I'm just done .

Well, it's just another McDonald's. It's always been clean, but service, especially in drive thru, can be slow. It's right off interstate, so stays pretty busy. I think it's constantly training new people. Normal for McDonald's around here.

We are just passing through Arkansas while on vacation and decided to stop in for a quick breakfast. All the employees were extremely rude, they completely messed up our order and then said they couldn't correct it because they didn't have anymore breakfast items. We ordered all of our food before breakfast was over. Worst experience with a McDonald's while traveling. I would not recommend this one if you want what you actually ordered.

this place was a total wreck, we got to the window sat there for 10 minutes and just for us to have to drive off because no one would even take our money and walk away from the window, the bathroom was so disgusting i was about to throw up, don’t recommend coming here ever.
