The manager is rude. I walk up to order, and he was refunding someone in the window. Anyways he looked and walked away. As soon as he finished. Do you think he came to talk my order? No . Anyways as I am waiting on my order I see him lean over to an employer. So I ask him was there a problem. He responded no but came over to talk to me like a person. So I told him how I felt that he was rude and all that. He claimed he didn’t see me but I know that’s a lie. Anyways I got my food and left. If I ever stop in malvern for food it won’t be there. Cause if he treat customers like that I know how he treats employees. Oh I forgot an employee told me how he treats them. McDonald’s need to get on him about this bc it’s not right

It took an extra while to get our food because the person in the drive-thru before us said my order was their order. I'm pretty sure the cars are seen on the camera to see who's ordering, at least that's how it works where I'm from. But they spent so much time resorting things out, I'm trying to make sure that got the right amount of money from the other guy, that nobody apologized or helped to speed the process. It's just very frustrating. I don't live in this state, and when I did I only frequented this establishment a couple of times when I was a teenager, But in general this area is not my favorite place.
