We ordered stuffed crust and paid extra just to get home and see that it wasn’t what we ordered. Maybe it was my fault for not checking before we left but this is not the first time we’ve had a problem. I’m done.

Owner needs to read all these reviews, if they don't want to go under, they need to reevaluate some of the employees and managers they have hired. Customer service is horrible, Rude and Major Attitudes when you place an order, you do not want to deal with rude workers. If you do not like working with the public, find a different job. Also use proper English, so you do not sound ignorant and uneducated. #BEKIND! Malvern is a small town, and once word gets out how employees are rude and food has not been great, the business will not last any time at all. Word travels extremely fast in small towns. Better get it together PIZZA HUT. I will not order anything until reviews and attitudes change.

The wings here are HORRIBLE I had some dried up boneless wings that were old & my traditional wings had pieces of hair on them! The manager was rude & was not very professional…I WILL NOT be eating here again!

This seems to be a recurring issue, but the pizza takes forever even though I set a time for pick up. It’s just as bad as the last one.
Seriously just about every time we order it’s an hr or more before we receive it then it’s cold. Ordered our pizza online at 6:30, it’s now 7:42 I called and they said “it’s coming out now” it took an hr 1hr cook pizza? Then dude blamed it on short drivers, sounds more like to me the cooks but whatever. This is exactly why the last one didn’t last.

the girl taking our order had horrible communication skills and acted like we were a bother. they got our order wrong, and the food was mid, i know this is just a pizza hut but if your customer service is gonna be bad at least have great
