I love Starbucks. I go there at least 4-5 times a week, sometimes more. And the staff is always so friendly and it's quick service. Not to mention delicious coffee and treats!

New Starbucks Alert ā¼ļø (Opened 2024) Located off I-30, and 20 miles from Hot Springs.
Iāve stopped by here few times now on a business trip through out Arkansas and it has been a warm atmosphere. Baristas already knew my order, second time around, even though Iāve only come here twice.
My beverage was fresh and hot. It was a nice personal touch when my barista brought my drink, he mentioned, āLet your tea steep for five minutes before you enjoy it.ā
They keep the entire place clean and inviting. You have great choice for seating. Inside, you will find eleven tables with chairs and a large leather bench against large wall of windows. You will also have option for one conference-sized table with additional chairs.
Their restrooms are very modern and clean. Itās a 3-in-1 sink; soap, water, and hand dryer. You gotta come by and check it out for yourself. Itās my personal favorite.
Outside, you have a good sized patio with six tables and fourteen chairs. Good size parking lot, as well with fourteen spaces by building and few more across. Iāll be sure to keep coming back here, every time I have to come towards Hot Springs, (20 miles), or Little Rock, (45 miles) for business.

The service was excellent. Extra friendly people. But the coffee tasted burnt or old maybe. I went through the drive-thru so I am not sure about inside. I will give them another chance before totally marking it off my list.

I order the same drink every time I go to a Starbucks and this is the only location that cannot seem to get it correct. 16 pumps of Chai with Breve. Seems simple. 16 full pumps, add the breve and a little ice, done. It should be a light brown with a strong chai flavor. NOT 16 slaps of the pump because your pissed off that I asked you to remake a drink that I order EVERY DAY when I notice that it does not look correct. Those 16 slaps were not pumps, chump. Try making it correctly instead of trying to insist that you're correct when I questioned it. Your attitude was awful, little dude. Do better!

Couldnāt recommend this Starbucks any less. I asked for a tall iced double shot of espresso with cream and received a venti drink filled all the way to the top of half and half with a splash of espresso. When I told them it was wrong, they just poured the drink into a tall cup and didnāt even remake it. When it was remade, we were greeted with the RUDEST remark by a red headed female employee who handed us the drink and said āis this right enough for you?ā. Horrible customer service and we will absolutely NOT be back.
