Women bathroom door lock doesn't properly work. Bathroom was filthy. Workers were kinda friendly with potential for providing better service.

Really like sandwiches but not sure when it started being crazy expensive
Worst subway Ive ever been to… i asked for onions and she literally put 2 onions. When I asked for more she asked to pay 75cents. As a trucker I eat subway every week and am never been told that since the past 8yrs. 75cents is not the issue but that attitude and rudeness really lost me as a customer.

Order a sub to be delivered and when I got it, the meat was spoiled and the eggs undercooked. Call and complained. Was told the manager said my sandwich couldn't be remade, asked for a refund and was told manager didn't approve a refund.

Used the app to order two subs. We let them know we were there. The male behind the counter acknowledged us and said our subs were "headed down the line". They were busy, but were steady, so I figured five to ten minutes. After I saw them wrap one sub I watch the same guy move two other subs in front of our 2nd sub. When a female behind the counter moved the sub for a third time I told her that was my sub and i wanted it finished so we could leave.
All totalled, there were four subs between the two we ordered. 28 minutes from order to food. The first sub was cold from waiting so long, and was not prepared according to the instruction provided in the app.
One of the worst experiences I have ever had spending my money. The Malvern, Arkansas Subway will never get another dime from me.

Restaurantji Recommends
Do not place mobil orders, go into store and wait in line. They process in store orders ahead of mobile orders. Took 30 minutes to get a mobile order even though they knew we were there waiting. We did not enter the store until after app said processing order. When we brought it to their attention that they were placing other orders in front of ours, they argued with us.

seen the manager touch his nose and did not change his gloves asked him to change his gloves before he made my sandwich he told me i was being rude. his uniform was dirty and not put together will not be returning

Why is it the only time this place has good service is when the teenagers are there the adults and management is absolutely horrendous choose a different location please they act to silly!!!

malvern don’t get a lot of rep for its luxuries, but vincen (i think) made us feel like royalty. he wasn’t much of a talker, but dude busted out 10 sandwiches all by himself while the other one didn’t help. much respect, we appreciate the hard work.
