I am a very Avid customer and normally drop my child off and come here most days to get a kolache and chocolate milk. I was actually late getting my daughter to school due to working and not getting off till midnight. I came in to the donut shop through the drive-thru and while trying to speak to the female staff she just shut the window in my face. It was very rude because I was talking to her right during the time she done it. Just grabbed my debit card and as I was talking just shut the window in my face. I guess I'm going to start taking my business to Jimmy's Chicken. Normally when they hand the food out the window they roll their bags down to keep the colachis hot for the customer but today when she threw the bag out the window it wasn't even rolled down to keep the heat in. There's definitely no sense in being disrespected whenever you're a returning customer for over 2 years. There has also been an issue with teying to get them to answer the drive through. Ive watched them do this to others. I love the food but hate the no hospitality the workers have toward people at the window. Does it matter how nice you are there is no customer service friendliness.

Hours posted are Monday through Friday 5am til 1pm and they pick and choose when they follow the hours posted. They will nickel and dime you if you don’t pay attention and get mad when you ask then why they won’t follow the hours they created.

Great food and even better people! We go every Sunday after church and I enjoy the spicy boudin kolache and a donut. Words cannot describe how awesome their fresh baked food tastes! You have to try it out for yourself and you'll be hooked!!!
