I stop every morning and get a bacon egg and cheese biscuit, but three times now I have received old biscuits from the day before. I have been so disappointed with this company. Prices are higher and now your food sucks. Do better, haven’t been back!!

Joey, the so called manager, is absolutely terrible. The service I received tonight was the worst experience I’ve ever had at any fast food restaurant. He made my order wrong, refused to remake it. I had my obviously pregnant wife with my horribly upset. Joey ruined my night. I’d drive past this Wendy’s before he ruins yours too

I’ve been to this location 6 previous times with no issues. However, my visit on Wednesday 11/12 @ 12:30pm was actually mindblowing. I placed my order that included chicken tenders and sauces. I received nuggets and ONE sauce.. when I mentioned to the gentleman (manager) behind the counter that I should’ve received the sauces I asked for, he then charged me for the additional sauces (I had not been charged in my previous 6 visits….). He was extremely rude to the point I will never return to this location again.

We went through drive through today 8-17-2025 at 11:00am thinking the food would be hot and fresh. That was wrong. My single was dry and barely warm and my husbands baconator was cold and the cheese was not even melted and the fries were limp like they were from last night. My grand son got a kids meal chicken nugget and we asked for ranch to dip in. Guess what NO sauce of any kind in the bag so I had to go in and get that. And on top of all that the guy working the window seemed like he didn’t want to be there he hardly spoke and never made eye contact even when he took my $24.00 and some change. I won’t be back.

Wasn't given a receipt. Next day looked on my bank app and had 2 charges for Wendy's on the same day . Funny I only went once and the only reason I went was because my son wanted to try a new meal they have. Didn't get all of it, food was cold,bun on my burger was hard like it was old,only thing hot from mine and my daughter $5 biggie bag was the nuggets. I was the only car in line as it was late. Had me pull up in front of the building and wait for over 20 minutes for my food . All total paid $28.00 for 2 $5.00 biggie bags and the burger and fries my son got . Will never be back. Worst place in Malvren Arkansas to try to eat at. So sad
