We were passing through Malvern and stopped here to pick up lunch. Food was good, just didn't get what I ordered. I asked for the Applewood pecan salad and got the Caesar instead. Didn't realize it until back on the highway. Everything else good, but check your order before leaving!

The last few times I've gone here have been awful. They eat a get the order wrong or your food is cold. Also, the thing that you're ordering through is broken, so you can't even see what you're freaking ordering. And I guess they can't hear you either, just like how you can barely hear them.
Service was ok. Food was good, however the past few times I have gotten sweet teas, and I get extras, I take one sip and throw them out. They are NASTY!!! As much as you charge for drinks, they should be good. Line is always busy when I call.

My mother and I both. Ordered the chicketn sandwich and I ordered fries and 2 drinks. Never got the ticket and when I asked for my fries the server said you didn't order any. I said I did the server said you did not. My mother heard me order them. I never got the small fries. Your server should never argue with a customer. I will never be back to this Wendy's again. Awful service and dirty kitchen. No, no, no.
