The slowest Sonic I've ever been to. If you're in a hurry, don't stop.
Don’t waste your time and money. Service was nonexistent as I waited for over 15 minutes, which was my fault for not leaving earlier, for an order that never arrived. The aggravating factor was that only ordered a hamburger combo and I watched four vehicles go through the drive through that arrived after I placed my order. Do as you please but this particular sonic is a place I would avoid

Slowest sonic I've ever been too took 30 minutes just to get my order taken after I pushed the button do not recommend. Better off eating at the gas station, subway, or the Mexican restaurant.

I go to this Sonic mainly out of convenience, but every time I expect better or different results—and every time, it’s the same story. I end up waiting 30 minutes or more, and my order is either wrong or missing items. It’s genuinely frustrating. I want to see this Sonic succeed in our small town, but at some point, when does it become insanity to keep going back?

Took forever to get our order in. They messed up the order on the screen and was rude about correcting it. Then after taking our order told us there wasn’t ice for the drinks and asked if that was okay, we said to give us a minute and instead of giving us a minute they asked if we wanted a drink carrier and then gave us our total. Overall just an unhappy experience.

I've tried to be patient with this Sonic, I really have. It's the closest one to me so I keep going back, hoping for a better experience. But, 90% of the time, it's a 15+ minute wait regardless of what I order. Half the time the ice is bought from somewhere else and not the Sonic ice you hope for. Time before last, the manager pretty much accused me of lying about not getting my drink. I sit there and watch other people's orders come out before mine that got there a good 10 minutes after I ordered. I'm done giving it more chances. I don't have these issues at other locations.

Guy taking orders didn’t care what we had to order and cut us off half way and didn’t let us order anything else.

The hours are wrong on the app, google, and Apple Maps apparently. Employees showed up half an hour after it said they were open and I had already been waiting for my order which was placed through the app. It was obvious they weren’t open when I got there but there’s no way to cancel your order through the app. After contacting support, and talking with the employee who said it would be at least another half hour, they cancelled my order and said they were issuing a refund. I never got my refund so I wasted an hour of my time sitting there to not only not get my food but also not get my money back either.
Absolutely terrible. Couldn’t get crap together. Don’t waste your time there!
