Guy taking orders didn’t care what we had to order and cut us off half way and didn’t let us order anything else.

The hours are wrong on the app, google, and Apple Maps apparently. Employees showed up half an hour after it said they were open and I had already been waiting for my order which was placed through the app. It was obvious they weren’t open when I got there but there’s no way to cancel your order through the app. After contacting support, and talking with the employee who said it would be at least another half hour, they cancelled my order and said they were issuing a refund. I never got my refund so I wasted an hour of my time sitting there to not only not get my food but also not get my money back either.

So so. They are usually slow but food is okay usually. Atmosphere was wonderful since I was alone in the car with my baby boy! He loved the food anyways.

Driving through town. Ordered ahead 2 drinks. Parked and waited for WAY TOO LONG past our time that it was suppose to be done by. If I hadn’t already paid on the app- I would have left. Waited
Won’t stop here again. Shouldn’t take 15+ minutes to bring me 2 drinks

I guess when you're the only option then you really don't have to care about quality of service, every time we come here it's something.....tonight it took over 20min to even order....3 different stalls they never took order so we, like 3 others went to drive thru....always under staffed, and push button that there on the way with the food 10 min b4 you get it to cover their incompetence

The store was great. Renovated to modern, really. The food was hot and fresh. The service was great. We had Aime, and she c ame out with a smile and read our order back to us properly, took our cash, and was so polite and nice. Asked if we needed anything. The location was easy to access and plenty of stalls. Sadly, our first one was out of order, so we did have to pull out and find another one. That was the only negative aspect to report on. Overall, great Sonic!

45 min wait for 4 shakes....the management never came out or anything...it was to untill we posted on the town group that management refunded the money....theybrought our shakes and only have excuses for the wait...this was the first time we went to Sonic after at least 6 months because the food is not good at all....the issue is management....the town has got use to subpar food and service that it's now acceptable at this sonic for long waits....this is a ongoing issue....you can tell by the reviews....it's sad when they actually post in the group when they do it right....there is absolutely no excuse for 4 shakes to take 45 mins...if they are short handed call ppl in hire more ppl...I for one will not go back until there new management in that place....another manager from a better running store needs brought in amd the staff retrained...and a new manager put it

Car hop was fast friendly and smiling! Food was great except the tater tots...which rarely seem to be good anymore.

The burgers and tots were bad. The tots had a burnt taste like the oil was ooold. The beef also had the same taste and smell.
