Stopped in on Saturday June 28. Girl “sandwich maker “ never greeted me or asked what would I like to order. So, I said hello and gave her my order. Then she said I would have to talk louder than that! So I did. Rang up my order then no thank you or anything else. Never smiled. Will not be back. If she can’t treat people well she should find another job.

I understand how the world works and that there are unfortunately people who do that. But let's please make sure we're correct before making assumptions.
I work very hard for the money I make and never before have stolen. Not only was this hurtful but insulting.

We go in and order our food I get a six inch Italian BMT with extra meat we got charged but received 5 pepperoni 4 Salome 5 ham they are very rude and never want to talk I have pictures of my sandwich and video something needs done you are charging for stuff that's not being given

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Never puts enough meat on there and will charge you if you ask for more. Veggies are always old and disgusting. I really don’t know how this place is still in business.

Me, my dad, and brother come here often, and it's nice! I get the Mexicali with Mayo instead of... I forgot what the other sauce was called ? and I add banana peppers. It's delicious! It's nice to get one of their sandwiches & chips and go sit at Mansfield City Lake. Very peaceful and makes the whole experience better! Especially when you have nothing else to do that day lol. Always 10/10 food!

Mt last visit was like ur telling me but doing it my way. So much sauce hardly no meat or anything. Bee. Going to the same place for years. This was horrible got home the food was the worsy
11-04-23 We eat here at least, once a month. Always had great service and good food. This visit I was a little disappointed. We always get extra meat on our subs. Same this time, we were charged for it, but didn't get it. My steak and cheese barely had any meat, to be honest. Hopefully this was a one-time mixup. Pictures provided.
