We placed an app order and then arrived and selected our stall. After 15 minutes it said our waiter was on their way. After another 10 minutes, we pushed the button and they said it would be out shortly. After another 10 minutes, I walked to get the food and she was coming out laughing like it was no big deal that we just waited for an incorrect order of 2 flavored waters, Diet Coke, and a cheeseburger for 35 minutes. I will never give this Sonic a tip prior to receiving my order again.
