This was my hometown visit, and I always come to the sonic and patronize, but no more poor service and the food was wrong, to the team there work on your customer service. I know I'm only one customer, but customers pay the bills..

We placed an app order and then arrived and selected our stall. After 15 minutes it said our waiter was on their way. After another 10 minutes, we pushed the button and they said it would be out shortly. After another 10 minutes, I walked to get the food and she was coming out laughing like it was no big deal that we just waited for an incorrect order of 2 flavored waters, Diet Coke, and a cheeseburger for 35 minutes. I will never give this Sonic a tip prior to receiving my order again.

This has become one of the worst sonics in America. They don't open up til 8 and don't ever have anything. If they do have it the mess it up and send it out anyways. They are sinking their own ship...The owner is trying to block bad reviews and boost the good ones... maybe you try a different approach at the staff since its clearly you that can't even train or run this store correctly ?

This place is horrable. Consistently screwing up orders and taking forever even on simple drink orders. They like to mark the orders delivered early and then forget about them.
