I ordered the French dip and fries. The dipping sauce was ice cold grease and I was given the little hard fries that are usually thrown out with no ketchup. Arby's just lost a 30+ year customer. And did I mention that I had to pull up and wait for my orders. (Smh)

I ordered a buffalo wrap, 2 cherry turnovers, jalapeño bites and mozzarella sticks on 4/6. Instead of getting cherry turnovers, I received apple turnovers. The jalapeño bites and mozzarella sticks were cold. No sauce for neither. Then to top it off the Buffalo wrap was cold and the wrap was hard like it was warmed up a few times. So, in other words, it was old. This confused me, because earlier in the week I was told that everything would be cooked to order. Third strike! TIME ORDERED: 6:56PM Now, I feeling sick....

Yall idk what happened to this Arby's recently but I believe the Lord reached down and touched them ? I've had this arbys before and it was alright but not that great.. well tonight I decided to try it again for a new item they have and omg the whole order was the best arbys I've ever had! Before yall listen to the naysayers go try them for yourself!
