This place was horrible, I walk in and the attendant was scratching off her lottery tickets, then I asked about the ice cream and her response was she didn't know what kind of ice cream they had and she didn't care. I will never go back to that establishment. I will recommend to others that they stay away as well!!!

The ice cream canisters were all empty. It seemed they hadn't been changed out in weeks. Nasty.

I went in wanting a buttered pecan milkshake but no buttered pecan icecream. So I decided on a banana royale with mint chip after seeing they in fact had bananas on the counter. I have never been to a BR with such rude, uncaring employees. Took forever for anyone to come to the counter and it was the guy working the register that finally came, not the girls that work it, and he didn't know how to make what I wanted and tells the girls they'll have to go down there. They were both at the subway side and continued to serve subway customers that came in AFTER me. One girl finally came down to get something from a back room and asked did I want something. Hello? Have I been standing down here all this time for nothing? And guess what? She didn't know how to make it either! It's on your menu and you don't know how to make it? She replies "nope" and goes back to subway! I should have just left, but I wanted some ice cream after just leaving a chemo treatment and it would be close to an hour to the next BR. I ended up settling for a single dip of mint chip since the cashier could handle that. All the while, the girl is giving me the stink eye from the subway counter
