I visited this location today and witnessed an employee verbally berating a customer. It created an uncomfortable and unprofessional atmosphere for everyone present.
Regardless of the situation, customers deserve to be treated with respect. I hope management addresses this so future guests feel welcome and comfortable. I had already sent an email and a message on Facebook including the video.

Every time I get something from this place it’s always a problem. I just ordered a chicken sandwich they put no sauce on it. Ordered a famous bowl they literally gave me 3 pieces of chicken fat. Plus I have to beg for sauce. Ain’t that much saving in the world.

I’ve been a regular at the Columbus, NE KFC over lunch and it was always fine—fresh chicken, no complaints. But dinner time? Completely different story. At 5pm I was handed chicken that tasted like it had been made at noon. When I raised the issue, the manager didn’t care and customer service ignored me. Totally unprofessional and a waste of money.
I ordered a medium fry from KFC for $3.10 and they gave me old, stale fries. That’s all I ordered, and they couldn’t even get something that simple right. Fries should be fresh, not cold and hard. Very disappointing. I’ll never go back.

Do not eat here unless you are desperate and everything else is closed. The employees are the rudest most unfriendly people I have ever met. The food is sloppily made and cold most of the time. Last time I ate there they were out of ice and this time they were out of fries. So I guess they have consistency going for them.

I made an order online and the pickup time was scheduled for 5:50. Upon arrival the order was not ready at the scheduled time. The food was fresh and hot. I appreciate that. They were not busy when I arrived. I did see co-workers and managers hanging outside of the establishment, maybe they were getting off or coming into work. Not sure. This place has not been here long so I hope we can make sure customers are waiting properly and make sure orders are accurate. Why does Marion have a KFC full of people who dont care about making sure the food is fresh and hot? Smh
