This morning, 8/8/2025, around 10.25am, I had an bad experience at KFC, MJC Batu Kawa Newtownship, Kuching.
I ordered nasi lemak w/o chicken, because i just wanted to have a simple breakfast before lunch, about 2 weeks ago, I ordered just nasi lemak, without drink, RM5.99 if not mistaken, but the counter lady told me, no, it has to come with drink, RM7.99, is not the RM2 thing, is because i didnt want the Coke, high sugar drink. She insisted doesn't have nasi lemak by itself, ok, fine, with Coke then. After paying, she ask me to wait for the omelette egg beside the counter. Ok, after 10 minutes the egg not ready, so she gave me my nasi lemak, nasi only and with the coke, she told me to wait upstairs and she will send to me shortly. Well, reached upstairs, very warm, aircond not on, ok, nevermind, waited for 10 more minutes, egg not yet send, i went down, i saw the egg, sambal and 3pcs of cucumber sitting on the tray, nobody send to me, the lady at the counter saw me with black face, she realised customer was angry, then she gave me that tray and say sorry. And i walked to upstairs again, and asked 1 of the staff upstairs to turn on the aircond.
#KFC, please go and investigate, why by 10.30am, foods are not ready to sell, and it takes nearly 30 minutes to prepare an egg omelet, sambal and 3 slices of cucumber?
And your staffs do not have sense of urgency. Your customer is waiting for almost 30 minute, cant you arrange someone to send the food?

Presque Isle KFC is not taking any pride in their facility at all anymore. The manager is definitely not staying on top of the employees or keeping the place clean. The food was cold, my husband ordered 3 piece chicken origianal, they said they had none and gave him crispy; my brother in law ask for 2 piece chicken dinner, same response they didn't have any and gave him 3 chicken wings. Nothing was even luke warm. All the tables were dirty, the floor was dirty. I had to clean our table and chairs. An employee came out twice with a spray bottle didn't clean anything and walked back behind the counter. The drink machine, half of them weren't working and the counter was dirty. Not one person, even the person calling out your number bothered to wipe the counter off. This is not an isolated incident, it's becoming a regular occurrence. We plan on going across to Canada for KFC from now on. Their restaurant is always clean. If KFC in Presque Isle were to get a surprise visit from the Board of Health, they would probably get closed down. Sad because we need businesses in the County. Hope they start taking pride in their work ethics and clean up the place.

I placed an order at 11:00 PM, and not only did the order fail to meet my expectations in terms of quality and accuracy, but what followed was even more disappointing. I made multiple attempts to reach your customer service team, spending approximately 20 to 25 minutes on hold each time, yet I received no meaningful resolution. It is particularly concerning that after waiting for nearly 2 hours in total, I was ultimately refused any form of assistance. This level of service reflects a serious gap in customer support training and responsiveness, and is not what one would expect from a professional organization.

The girl who worked the drive through was very impatient. She rushed us through. Then she didn’t give us all of our order. We ended up having to go back in the pouring rain to get the rest. Patience would have been better.

We came into the Dallas GA location excited to try the new Dunkin Bucket. They didn’t have any, the truck is due in tomorrow. So we decided to do a chicken sandwich with fries and unsweetened tea. The tea was made yesterday, was no longer good and no one has made any today. The staff was friendly and apologetic.
Chick-Fil-A ended up being a wise choice for lunch.

Food is always good. Staff is friendly. We've only had an issue with our order 1 time and it was fixed quickly without hassle or attitude.
They have a man named Daryl Motley working at the Easley SC location. He’s had people come in the store and on the grounds to fight him . He harasses people while on kfcs clock the manager has been contacted she did nothing . He’s a convicted thief has pending cdv 2 charges . Known to carry illegal weapons . Easley it is not safe to eat at this location. And the manager does not care about your safety or her employees or the safety of her costumers Daryl Motley Sr. Should not be allowed where people come with the families shame on you KFC
