Had to go back last time I went because I didn't get my order but someone else's who they had already passed out to the car in front of me. Brought it back they corrected half the order told us to keep the food we had which was ice cold. I showed the lady at the second window my receipt which she didn't even check the food inside the bag before telling me she's gonna fix it. Got home and our order was still wrong.

The food was probably hot and fresh when it was first delivered. By time I sat down to eat, it was cold. The service was horrible. At the checkout process, I requested certain condiments. Upon receiving my food, the condiments were not included. The server had already walked away, so I had to wait for her to return. Even though she looked about and saw me, she ignored coming back to the counter to assist me. After about 5 minutes, she came back, only because she was bringing another order. I asked for the 2 condiments again. She left, came back about 3 minutes later. Gave me one of the condiments. I asked for the other. She walked away. I thought she was going to get it. She never came back. After waiting another 4-5 minutes, I just walked away. Worst service ever. Only reason I gave one star for service was because I couldn't give it half a star. Service deserved no star. And the restaurant was really cold.

I went here for a late night snack after a day of not being able to eat. This place refused us quarter pounders and instead replaced our food with more nuggets. We then had 40 chicken nuggets and 20 of them were cold and the other 20 were burnt. we asked them to replace our quarter pounders with mccrispies and they did not but what mcdonald’s doesn’t have quarter pounders? Soggy wet cold chicken nuggets and burnt black chicken nuggets. They didn’t even salt the fries. 🤢🤢
update: i ordered again, not knowing it was from this location. I got a double quarter pounder with bacon, no pickles, no silvered onions and lettuce. extra cheese. All i’m missing is the extra cheese but the burger is absolutely burnt in the worst way. both patties. This is the driest burger I’ve ever received from any mcdonald’s. You’d think they’d only mess up my food once but no, they screwed it up twice now. This is definitely my last time getting food from this location since I’ve given them 2 chances. The food is absolutely disgusting and the workers are terrible at cooking. PLEASE if it’s late, starve or eat somewhere else. Completely unappetizing. cold fries. Even my cat wouldn’t eat it (i tried to feed it to her and she started vomiting projectile) I’ve never seen a cat so repulsed by mcdonald’s either. The food is so nasty. Petro Rd is way better. BOOOO MARION, YOUR FOOD IS DISGUSTING. QUIT YOUR JOB. YOURE TERRIBLE AT COOKING.

Terrible terrible customer service, just awful. As I waited inside for the 15 or 20 minutes it took to get my order of just two sandwiches, I hear a soft spoken man politely get one of the employees attention as he had been waiting at the register to order for several minutes, and the response he got made me so mad. The woman he spoke to ever so rudely yelled at him so loud and said I am working here you have to put your order in the kiosk can't u see we are busy!!!!! I felt so bad for the gentleman because he had done nothing wrong, simply just wanted to place his order and had been soo patiently waiting. Not everyone is comfortable using a kiosk and for them to deny him service and yell at him like that in front of a semi large lunch crowd when he had done absolutely nothing wrong and was more patient and a whole lot nicer than most people would be, was just the most humiliating act I think I've ever publicly witnessed. I felt so bad for the gentleman as he was a little older and probably had no experience with using a kiosk to order on. Those people are terrible there, as this was my second visit in one month thinking that id give it another shot , maybe my first visit caught the place on a bad day. But I will say this now, I won't be back there. I'd starve before I stepped foot back in that place.
