The staff was rude except for the cashier. He was nice, but everyone else, MAN! They forgot our sauce for our nuggets then tried to charge us for one, forgot the drink for all my kid's happy meals, and to top it all of, my holiday pie was so burnt the custard was crunchy. Cute holiday decor though!

Horrible service!!! Every order has something missing whether it’s a dipping sauce, happy meal toy or drink! When you go in to ask for the missing items you are treated as if you’re wrong for expecting to get what you paid for! Coworkers mock, laugh and make crude comments about customers in open view of lobby customers! Extremely unprofessional!!!

Worst place to eat in Marion period not one person give a crap about there customers not a single person including managers place is ran terribly if I was there GM I’d be embarrassed of that place
The manager in the morning Crystal Willis is terrible and rude. She throws customer food on the counters to where the food almost spills. She also threatened to beat my gf while she was waiting on her order. That lady needs to be gone ASAP.

this is the worst mcdonalds i've ever been to. i understand working at mcdonalds isn't a great job, but if you apply to work at a job, you need to actually do the job. you don't get paid to be on your phone. one of our burgers was raw in the middle, and they forgot our chicken nuggets and a straw. i'd be more understanding if the restaurant was in a rush, but it wasn't and this is what we get for three orders for $40 total. i hope this mcdonalds get shut down
