I've ordered from here several times. The pizza is better than other area pizzas. They have it ready timely. And the people working there are nice.

Horrible food. I picked up 2 pizzas tonight. 1 was over cooked 1 was still raw. I cooked it for 10 minutes after I got home and it’s still too doughy to eat. Horrible.

Terrible service. Ordered pizzas online @ 5:30 for a 6:45 pickup and still waited 20 min. Took pizzas 15 minutes back home,To bite into raw dough. We called back to get a refund and they wanted us to drive all the way back out and give them the pizzas to get refunded. I stressed the fact that we are 15 min sways and the employee on the phone (female voice) raised her voice at me saying she didn’t cook are pizzas or take our order so it has nothing to do with her and yelled at me saying She will make sure we get our money back and then hung the phone up without any more information. Bad food,bad service. This place has fell off.

We ordered online from Pizza Inn Friday night at 7:15. Our order was supposed to be delivered around 7:58 pm. Around 8:15 I called because our order hadn't been delivered, they told me they had a problem with the online ordering system, so they were behind, but my order or my refund would be brought to me in 10 minutes. I called them back at 8:45 because no one had shown up. I was told the driver left with my order 5 minutes ago and should be there in the next few minutes. 9:15 no one would answer the phone, so my husband went up there at 9:30. They said they couldn't refund the money because it was an online order and said they had too many orders to make our pizzas. They told us to call their corporate office on Monday for a refund. I called today and they said it's their policy that all refunds have to be issued by the franchise. We still don't have pizza and are out $42. Don't waste your time or money. GO TO PIZZA PRO!
