I've ordered from here several times. The pizza is better than other area pizzas. They have it ready timely. And the people working there are nice.

I’ve always said it’s hard to mess up pizza (taste wise) but the pizza we got had a terrible smell and taste. I’ve never had to spit out pizza because it was so bad. The breadsticks we got tasted fine but something was really off about the pizza. Smelled horrible the second I opened the box. My boyfriend agreed it tasted horrible. The only way I can describe the smell is like wet dog or metallic. Idk. Very bad

Driving by this town..thought to have a good ‘ol Pizza Inn pizza..but service was horrible. I called to see if they delivered to the hotel. She said no & hung up on me. Then we thought why not just go order..but they don’t make orders after “8:15p”. What type of pizza place is this!?! Great pizza places like this r closing down due to horrible customer service.

Placed a to go order of 5 pizzas in total and they said it would be 20 mins. So we got there a bit early (15mins) and they said they hadn’t even started and it would be another 30 mins. So we wait in the car and they call us over after 10 mins saying they don’t have the cookie dough for our 2 large choc chip pizzas. So after another 10 mins our pizzas are done and they hold our card for about 10 mins doing who knows what with it. When we received the pizzas none of them were cooked and all were still dough. NEVER go here.

I ordered 2 pizza's, 1thin crust taco pizza, the worst ever. I understand thin is thin but paper thin, instead of putting the shredded lettuce in a container they spread it onto the pizza and brown lettuce at that. No tomatoes or shredded cheese. The other pizza was Supreme, again you could almost see the cardboard through the crust so thin and no onions no bell peppers and they must have a shortage on the sausage toppings. Lesson learned!!!!! Never again

We called and ordered a large chocolate chip pizza. We told the lady on the phone to wait 15 minutes before you make it. Because we were coming form Southaven Ms. We were getting this for our daughter's birthday. When we arrived they had not made it and the lady acted like she knew nothing about it. She said she could make it then. Then another lady said they were out of dough. She then said it is what it is. (Wow) That doesn't even make since. So we wasted time and $4.50 per gallon of gas.???
Horrible food. I picked up 2 pizzas tonight. 1 was over cooked 1 was still raw. I cooked it for 10 minutes after I got home and it’s still too doughy to eat. Horrible.

Place a $100 order for delivery at 11:30am from the marion pizza inn to come to the West Memphis Animal Shelter for my Mars workers, Shelter Workers, and Volunteers.Called Managers Marvin got told driver was on the way at 11:50am by 12:20pm still no driver or pizza then called manager again he seems like he doesn't care that it's almost 1 hr late. After having to call driver myself who by the way was very apologetic for being sent to the wrong Place to deliver. I received one of my large Pepperoni Pizza's half Burnt, my large Taco pizza that was undercooked and all over the box, and my large Cheese garlic Bread that was greasy seem cheese less.My order was placed on Weds. 10/27/2021 around 11am to be delivered on Thurs 10/28/2021 at 11:30am.I paid almost $100 for2 Large Pepperoni Pizza's2 Large Supreme Pizza's1 Large Veggie Pizza1 Large Taco Pizza1 Large Cheese garlic bread.All the food was cold after receiving it over hour after it should have been delivered.The only apology I received was from the well mannered driver who was sent to wrong place!! I don't feel that the Pizza Inn manager cared about any of the issues even when brought to his attention by myself and another of my workers!!
