My entire family was there tonight and my husband ordered a catfish plate. He did not receive his meal. I informed the waitress that he had not received his meal and she said she would fix it. After 3 more people received the same exact meal he ordered and my entire family of 10 was done eating, they decided to bring my husband’s food out with the excuse that the kitchen was backed up. I was then brought the ticket, and had to ask for the manager that took about 10 minutes to actually come out of the kitchen. She gave me a discount of 2.50. Mind you my ticket was $100, then brought the ticket back out with my entire family’s food added to it. I wrote down what we ordered on the back of the ticket, and took it to the front where I then complained about the ticket mess up and the 2.50 discount. She then tried to bargain with me that she could give me a 30% discount if I wanted it instead but that’s as far as she could go.
My husband’s food was not a bargain, everyone else ate beside him and he had to take his food to go.
Seafood shake has now lost my service.

Great lunch got the fried catfish and shrimp plate.. usually not a fried fish and shrimp fan but on my brother's advice I went with it and was happy not over breaded like some do and could still get the meats flavor. Good portions as well.

We have been going through seafood shack for years when we travel we go out of the way to go here but the price has went up and the portion way down this is what you get for about 15 dollars and it has the rice in it. A cup not half full.my husband said he doesn't think he's going back. The food is delicious but not worth the price u need 2 of these just to get full! So sad!
I went to pick up my order 9/19/24, I ordered 1 pound of crab legs and 1 pound of shrimp and added corn . I had them put tha sauce as SS House Mild. I was told over tha phone that it would $54 but I was later chargerd 57 they put eggs in my bag instead of corn and I took it back and I told tha lady my order was wrong so tha lady asked me for my food I told her I didn’t wanna pass my food back to give me a container to put tha eggs in she hesitated to do that my food was so hot I couldn’t eat it and it had no flavor to it I should have went with my conscience and just returned all my food tha corn that I got wasn’t cooked it was unbearable to eat. This place used to be the best seafood place for me now they suck

I've been here a couple times around lunch and the food was great. The servers are always nice, the bathrooms are clean and stocked. Recommend trying the calamari. It's the best we've had around north east arkansas
