The coke with no ice was absolutely wonderful. Customer Service Rocked! The Lady was very welcoming and accommodating. I pressed no ice on the app, but the app wasn't having it once again. The food is not always the best. Mom didn't like her BEC Toaster. She asked me where was the bacon and have I had that it before. (It was good 5 years ago.) My sister said her French toast sticks were good. The parking lot is scary. Please pay attention. It's a reck waiting to happen. I have been here a few times this year and the customer service has always been a 5. They make parking a 3.5.

They could not get my order right. Closed in my face with still a wrong order. Called the complaint department and the assistant manager has yet to return my call. He the one that messed up the last order. I think the 3rd attempt could have corrected my wrong orders. I would stay away from this establishment .

I was just recently bragging about how good sonic at this location was but today that's not the case.. I got a rotten& smelly & cold chicken strips & 1 ketchup & 1 napkin and a lecture about it. Are you really serious. The parking lot is filthy... Omg

Marion Sonic used to be my go to Sonic. But the carhops they have working now have nasty attitudes and just down right lazy. I won’t be going back.

Day shift always does a great job. Friendly carhops and timely on orders. I picked up ice cream this weekend and can tell the ice cream machine needs to be cleaned asap. It would be nice if the stalls were repaired as well although I know that's costly. Several are broken
