I took my cousin and her husband from Alabama into this restaurant to eat barbecue. They love these slaw. They did not have this kind of barbecue from Alabama area they were from they absolutely loved it.

Smelled.like smoked bbq but still tasted like ordinary run of the mill flavor. Not bad just not different then what any other place will serve. Service was great and the deocr was excellent. Lived how it had a regular sitting area and the bar area completely seperate. Almost like 2 places under 1 roof.
Got bbq pork and brisket and I couldn't tell difference in either.
Sweet sauce was just thick sugar style, mild was just thin buffalo sauce and the spicy was a mix of.those 2. Spicy sauce literally tasted like a spoonful of sweet and mild combined.
Prepared well. Fairways pricing for what you get.

If in the area this is a must stop. We ate there tonight and it was awesome. The bbq was a lot better than we have in SC. I had pineapple slaw for the first time in my life and it was incredible. The staff is soooo friendly and helpful. Forget the Memphis bbq. There is a place in Marion, Arkansas you got to try.

This was our first time here. Then bbq was incredible. My son got wings as an appetizer and is still talking about it. I got pineapple slaw for the first time in my life. It was awesome. The people in the restaurant was so friendly. I highly highly recommend this restaurant. It’s 508 miles from home but if I’m in the area I’m stopping again.

We were traveling through the area for a one night stay at the local KOA campground and decided to go to Stumpy's for dinner. The brisket plate, which we split, was outstanding. We even had brisket left over that is enough for a sandwich. The fried Okra was probably the best we have had.

Stopped in while passing through and found this place on Google maps. Really glad we did. Good was excellent. Extremely clean. Everything was new and fresh even though its a long time restaurant. Clearly they care about cleanliness and standards. Staff was genuinely friendly and kind to everyone. Food is affordable and delicious. We had smoked bologna sandwiches and crinkle fries. Great smoky flavor. 2 choices on our table of BBQ sauces. Fries were perfect. Server and owner checked in on us several times. Even shared history of the BBQ master who is the owner. Will stop again for dine in or take out. Thank you for a great lunch.

Me and my husband stopped on our way home to southern Missouri. We both had the smoked bologna sandwich with slaw and it was delicious. The staff were great, so friendly and the restaurant was super clean. We will be making Stumpy's a regular stop.

Went in and ordered BBQ nachos with no chips (since I'm doing keto diet) Kelly suggest doing them on pork skins! Delish! I love that she took the time to accommodate my lunch! Pork skins were made fresh and still crunchy when I got back to work in West Memphis!

Went to grab bbq and it said opened on google. We made it to stumpys and the door said opens at 11am on Saturdays it was 12:50. We tugged on the door it was locked. I’m very unhappy with this… Waste of time and gas….

Saw this restaurant online and had to check it out! It was delicious! Best BBQ I’ve had! Great service, reasonably priced, delicious food and plenty of it! We took home enough for 2-3 more meals. We live 3 hours away and WILL definately be back!
