Went in today to get a sandwich and wasnât sure what to get when sweet Isla recommended me the special of the day and made appropriate accommodations for my sandwich. I was difficult constantly changing my mind with toppings, but she maintained a warming smile and just said âno problemâ and immediately fixed it to my liking. I felt very welcomed and like no trouble at all. The best service Iv had in a while, I donât often leave tips but I did today. Very satisfied.

Went to this subway today about 3pm. There were 2 females in the store. Told them my order. Them proceeded to ask to say please dont give me no hard bread. Hard bread makes the sandwich not worth eating. Well got home and my bread was a rock. I guess it's my fault because I didn't feel the bread before I left. I call the store, the young lady kinda rude. I asked for the manager. She wasn't in. For 25.06. Subway do better.
Ask for extra mayo. Turkey is dry. They dont know what extra means. Once again Subway do better

Walked in 40 minutes before close. The first thing they tell me is, we're closing. I said that I thought they were open till 9:30. Then the other girl said, what do you want cause we have a lot to do. I turned around and left. I will not be back. If I could give negative stars, I would. I worked in retail for years and I would never say that to a customer.

I had a mobile order, and paid $17 almost $18 for it. Iâm not the type to leave reviews but the way the cost of food is right now, i had no choice. I ordered a 6IN sandwich and a salad. I specifically asked for extra on the veggies. I got home to check my food and my sandwich did not have extra ranch, extra cucumbers and they didnât even put my banana peppers on it. They only put 2 cucumbers on it. My salad i asked for extra everything and didnât even get that. I called the store and told them about the sandwich and they told me to come back and they would give it to me. It still irritated me because i donât like calling or complaining but MY food wasnât right at all. I donât understand why be so stingy over the portions if they customer asks for it and if I PAY for it. Food is too high to have people playing over my food just because itâs a mobile order and they donât think people will check it. The instructions were literally on the ticket so how could you not follow them? But if you order it in the store and tell them they wonât hesitate to add more because they know people will say something. Treat mobile orders like that! Once again, FOOD is too HIGH too be playing over peopleâs portions if they pay for it. From now on, i will be coming to the store since it only seems thatâs how theyâll get it right. Thatâs ridiculous.
The girls there were very friendly and the service they provided was fast and efficient.

During a recent road trip, we had just stopped driving for the night and needed a quick bite to eat. Nothing seemed to deliver to the hotel, so we chose to head over to Subway. My husband submitted our order online and at the same time, the register started glitching. It was giving the workers a hard time and the young lady was so calm and completely kept her composure during the whole ordeal. She indicated it was her last night there and had provided friendly service. Her coworker made our subs perfectly!Also, kudos for the PERFECT glove use! Removal and replacement happened just when they were supposed to as observed by my friend who's been in food service for over 20 yrs. She was quite impressed with the way the two staff members operated.Thank you!

After having a HORRIBLE experience at the subway on the service road (only went there because it was closer to me) and not getting my order (made an online order, it said it was ready, but apparently they were out of bread?) and receiving bad service.. I made an online order at this location and by the time I got there from the other location my order was already ready!! And the people were a lot nicer here too! If you're in marion.. go to this subway! You'll be glad you did!
