We eat at the restaurant on Summer Ave and Waring in Memphis on Labor Day. There wasn't hardly any bbq meat on the larges sandwiches, maybe about one ice cream scoop full; I don't want something for nothing either, only value for I pay for. The french fries were fried way to hard and hardly edible. We were passing through West Memphis area this week and wanted to give Tops another try, it was better. That was my first bad experience at the Summer and Waring location. But Tops doesn't seem to be the same as it was for years, even my friends noticed it.

Worst BBQ ever. Shoulder was dry and brisket was rubbery. Service was a joke. I asked for utensils and was given a plastic spork to eat sliced brisket. Had intestional issues the next day that are usually associated with improperly prepared food. Absolutely no reason to ever eat at this place. Frizzy haired guy at the counter obviously hates his job.

This was absolutely one of the best burgers I've eaten in a while and I rarely eat hamburgers (I'm a chicken sandwich gal?) ! I ordered the fireman and I have no complaints for the burger but I did specify no pickels and got 5 lol... took a bout 10-15min wait from drive thru with 1 car ahead of me but I would say well worth it for the burger !!

Bbq pork sandwich is real good. If they used a bigger bun on the jumbo sandwich it would be that much better. The food is great. Friendly people and good prices

We eat at Topps most Saturdays with friends and frequent several locations this time we tried Marion and everything was great as always the service and food was excellent

I ordered a Rib Sandwich to go when I got home and went to put sauce on notice they left the bones in the meat what if I had just skip sauce and bit into sandwich not knowing it had bones could’ve broken tooth called restaurant manager states I have to request them to take bones out which makes no dams sense since it was to go but you can’t fix stupid and will not give this damn restaurant my money again Marion Arkansas is putting a bad name on Memphis BBQ

My brother and I had lunch today at your Restaurant . Your employees were super nice and the service was great. We stayed and had a great lunch. When we were leaving the cashier was really sweet and the cook in the back were very friendly. I have been eating Tops bbq for over 50 years and have always loved it. The food and service has always been consistently great. I thank you for maintaining the great quality.

We stopped for dinner because my son wanted barbecue. Unfortunately he couldn't handle the heat of the sauce. I took his sandwich to the counter and they remade it without the sauce. Everyone working was so polite and friendly. Price and portions were good. Definitely a place we would visit again.
I've TRIED eating here 3 times, and each time, I'm disappointed. I ordered the jumbo pull pork, and the meat is ALWAYS dry the baked beans taste like vinegar and ketchup.

Wow! With only 2 customers in the store, early saturday afternoon, placed our order and waited AND WAITED. When questioned, the little lady had forgotten to give our order to the kitchen. Geez! The pre-packaged sauce was by far, THE WORST I have ever tasted in my 63 years. The meat had obviously been sitting for quite a spell. IF, this is really the favorite of Memphis since 1952, I pity those folks! Will NEVER return.

Go to Stumpys instead. These people are extremely rude. When I was ready to order I approached the counter. The woman behind the counter was occupied so I waited. Then she just gave me this smart-aleck hand gesture and a smirk. Instead of “are you ready to order?” I decided to walk out and try Stumpys, who greeted me with a warm, southern welcome.
