I ordered the Beef Brisket fries and brisket and pork with rib TOPS Signature Sampler Plate. The Dasher contacted me letting me know they did not have pork or brisket and I could only get chicken and ribs. The nachos tasted awful with only chicken and had zero flavor, the pulled chicken also had zero flavor and they did not give me any sauces so it was extra dry long with the awful ribs that were very old and dry . The only thing that was almost salvageable about the meal was the not so good potato salad, the mac and cheese I'm pretty sure was from a box with some off-brand paprika sprinkled on top from Walmart. What kind of business doesn't have the two main meats that you sell the most?? Next time I'll be making the trip to a real BBQ place.

The brisket was dry. There was no smoke flavor not even a smoke ring. The ribs were dry no smoke flavor. Not a hint of smoke on any of the meats. I found it too salty. We were there at lunch time so it was busy, although I don't know why.

Im still searching for that familiar taste of wood smoked tender juicy bbq. This search has led me to Tops in Marion Arkansas on I55. I was greeted by a very polite and helpful group of staff, they informed me that Tops is a chain establishment and that as luck would have it i entered the best one. I ordered the brisket with coleslaw and potato salad. 2 bites and straight in the garbage, I heard the burgers are delicious, maybe next time I will give them a try but as it stands...my search continues. This meat had 0 smoke flavor and I suspect ot has been boiled or steamed to create a tender texture. Convenient location to stop for fuel, eat and get a nice hotel, Memphis is minutes away.

I recently popped into Tops, passing though town. Outstanding service and food! I Love the quality of the Pulled Pork sandwich I got! Mad props to the manager Shelia! She definitely has created an amazing atmosphere!

We were traveling through Arkansas and couldn't wait to get Tops bbq on our way through Marion. We are originally from Memphis and were heading home to Florida. We had to get a big family pack to take home and of course didn't disappoint. But I have to say our drive through lady beautiful inside and out made me want to come back over and over again. Thank you sweet lady. I wish I had found out your name!! We had a large family pack with slaw,beans, meat and buns for 12! Meat fantastic even after traveling in the cooler as well as the slaw and beans. Price I'm not sure what to compare it to since this was a treat but worth it. Great service.

My husband is from Memphis and grew up eating Tops. Now, when we travel, we stop at the Marion, Arkansas location. The employees are always kind, professional, fast, and the food is delicious and fresh! The dining room and restrooms are clean when we eat in. So good to see employees hustle and smile!!
