The whole place was unclean, trash everywhere, overflowing trash bins, bathrooms also dirty. Floors and surfaces were gross. Food was fine, had to go ask for part of our order they missed.

I wasn't very happy with this location because I had ordered and was charged for a large meal, but only received a medium. Unfortunately, I didn't realize this until we were back on our route home and we didn't have time to go back for the correction (thanks to the stupid i55 bridge closure causing totally stopped traffic that added 5 HOURS to our 7 hour drive home!! ??).On top of that, the medium fry container was half empty. It was shocking and seemed like I had been given someone else's unwanted order.I checked for a receipt so I could retroactively get a refund for the difference (out of principle!!), but I didn't receive that either.So in terms of getting what I ordered, I got a partially full medium of freshly cooked fries (at least fresh...), a watered down diet coke, and a junior baconator....which i will never order again...instead of a large meal fully stocked like I'd ordered.Service wise....I don't know, the person who handed me the food was wearing a BACKPACK and coat...like they just got there or were just leaving. I said thank you and just got the type of glare you get from someone who has had a bad day. Maybe they did...maybe they were also stuck in Memphis in stopped traffic for 5 hours, so I get it.Obviously not something that ruined my life or my day, but I do get very irked when I pay money extra for something and get more than less instead (meaning not even a complete medium meal).Anyway, wouldn't be surprised if that location is affected by that bridge closure even though it's a ways up the road. Could have just been one of those days.
