Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I had such a wonderful experience at this Zaxby’s. We stopped on our road trip and had a great meal. I left my purse there and didn’t realize it until we were hours away. When I called to ask to see if there was anyway they could ship it to me, the manager personally called me right back and said he would take care of it. He followed through and kept me updated. I asked if I could reimburse him and he would not let me. He went above and beyond with his customer service and I received my purse a couple days later with everything still in it.

I normally really like Zaxby’s, but this location needs a serious cleaning! The floors in the dining room are really sticky, but the floors in and going to the restrooms are slippery! And the whole store could use a wash down. It was barely an hour into the lunch service and the tables and benches were dirty.

Food is good but the girl checking us out was eating a cookie she had took out of the box next to the cash register and another worker took food out of Togo boxes for people in the drive through and was eating it while another worker told them the were acting ghetto

Hey, Zaxbys in Marion. I get a bad day, night, week, etc… EVERY time I come here. The employees are slow, almost as if it’s intentional. & they’re rude. How about you hire people that don’t hate their job or customer service? Lord. I’ve never wanted to speak to a franchise owner as bad. What is the goal here? 6 people behind me. I’ve been here waiting for a pick up order for 15 minutes!

We really enjoyed the staff at this location. Everything was super clean and the young lady at the interior counter was wonderful.

Ordered my food and was served after 8 other people. Asked the cashier if they had my order back there for me and they said no. They did make my order but the service was lousy. ? Would not recommend this location to no one

Wanted a salad with 2 extra chicken fingers, which I know I have to pay extra for, but the 1st one rang up for $1.39 and the 2nd one rang up for $1.89. I asked for and explanation and Manager basically said because they can. Needless to say I told them to cancel the order. Will not be recommending them to my Hotel guest.

Parking lot was full of trash and the bathroom and dining area were dirty. The staff were friendly, but the place is not kept up. The owners 3rd grade child must be currently painting the interior. There was just as much paint on the walls as the wood trim and floor. My first trip to a Zaxby’s is likely my last.

There is not one time you can go to the drive thru in Marion without waiting 30 minutes before your order is taken. This is not acceptable being that this location is the only one serving the local neighboring cities in the area. This happened to me today. But worse than that, I got my order and then called to ask for a manager. I was transferred to a young woman. I greeted her and she hesitated greeting me back. I asked her what was her name. She refused to provide her name and told me she isn't under any obligation to identify herself. I informed her that I would be contacting corporate. Zaxbys advertises the following: At Zaxby's, we believe in putting our people first, personal accountability, transparency, innovation, and diversity and inclusion. The manager who refused to provide her name for the purpose of transparency was not putting people first and taking personal accountability. This location NEEDS TO BE AUDITED! CORPORATE NEEDS TO PAY THEM A VISIT and I am personally asking for the removal of the current manager who was on duty July 20th at 6:30pm. I have submitted multiple complaints and I WONT STOP UNTIL THE ISSUES ARE FIXED!!!! I would like some sort of acknowledgment of the inconvenience this has continuously been time and time again.

Service is very slow and restaurant staff carelessly let customers wait in long drive-thru line and dine in line.

Can you guys please open the store for 24 hrs I'm really craving your chicken and Zaxby's sauce.please?
