Hey you know what you get from Zaxby's. This location was clean except for the drink machine. Otherwise on point.

Got stuck in the line for 30 minutes. Then had to pull in a parking space another 20 min to get my food. No apologies for the wait or anything.. almost an hour. Their line has a large curb so I wasn't even able to leave or get out of line. Do not recommend:( food was mediocre.

The receipt machin is down and the solution the manager has given the staff is to ask the customer for their phone to take a picture.

I had such a wonderful experience at this Zaxby’s. We stopped on our road trip and had a great meal. I left my purse there and didn’t realize it until we were hours away. When I called to ask to see if there was anyway they could ship it to me, the manager personally called me right back and said he would take care of it. He followed through and kept me updated. I asked if I could reimburse him and he would not let me. He went above and beyond with his customer service and I received my purse a couple days later with everything still in it.

I normally really like Zaxby’s, but this location needs a serious cleaning! The floors in the dining room are really sticky, but the floors in and going to the restrooms are slippery! And the whole store could use a wash down. It was barely an hour into the lunch service and the tables and benches were dirty.

Food is good but the girl checking us out was eating a cookie she had took out of the box next to the cash register and another worker took food out of Togo boxes for people in the drive through and was eating it while another worker told them the were acting ghetto

Hey, Zaxbys in Marion. I get a bad day, night, week, etc… EVERY time I come here. The employees are slow, almost as if it’s intentional. & they’re rude. How about you hire people that don’t hate their job or customer service? Lord. I’ve never wanted to speak to a franchise owner as bad. What is the goal here? 6 people behind me. I’ve been here waiting for a pick up order for 15 minutes!
