I visited while driving back from viewing the eclipse. I expected it to be busy, and it was. Despite being absolutely packed, they got our food out in just a few minutes. The place was also surprisingly clean under the circumstances. Management planned ahead and it showed.

It's rare for me to give a 1 star, but this place was gross. All the tables were dirty, the bathrooms were disgusting, and the food tasted like it had been sitting out for at least an hour.

If I could give 0 stars on service and atmosphere I would. I ordered on the app and it took them over an hour to find and make my order. Then when they did get it to me I asked if the dips for the nuggets were in the bag and was immediately told "yes". They were not. When I went inside to get them and complain I discovered why the entire town laughs at the mention of Mcdonald's. The manager,a portly and slovenly looking male,acted like it was my fault because it was ordered an hour ago. I guess the manager position in Marked Tree doesn't pay enough to get a real leader.

Ordered a double filet o fish. They gave me one that had been previously made and then stored for a very long time. The bun was so hard it was inedible. I had to throw it away because I couldn't even bite through it. The. I was left with disappointing overly-soggy filets. Even the fries were bad. Basically, it's the worst experience I've ever had at any McDonalds.

Stopped for a break in a road trip, had a nice cream cone, and excellent service.
THEY list my order. THEY replaced after an hour and got it wrong. The manager was rude and said it wasn't his fault. He didn't know we had an order and he didn't bag it.
