Marshall McDonald's never fails to disappoint. Ordered 2 Grinch meals one with soda one with frappe no whip crm. Missing an order of fries and whip crm was on my frappe. Food was typical, order wasn't right, again, and since I was the only one in drive thru and I placed my order online, so you would think they could get it right.... 😒🤔

I ordered online and I got the order. My burger was wrong twice, I had to ask for my cups and they didn't have sweet tea in the whole place because they were too lazy to make it. The manager even made my burger the 2nd time and it was wrong. Just crazy I will not be back.

We are leaving this review after visting this restaurant on our way through Marshall. Food was good, and restaurant was clean. We are leaving this review as a result of the actions of the staff. An elderly gentleman, who was known by the staff came in and made his way to a table. A young woman behind the counter saw him, and came to his table, and greated him, addressing him as sir. She asked what she could get him, and a few minutes later brought him his food. She came back and checked on him, and other staff members came out to say hello. It was so impressive to see the kindness and respect this team showed him. Well done .

They messed up my order and gave me the wrong food. Im not sure what the deal is with making people pull into the curbside without anyone behind me. Maybe they are padding stats who knows. But it causes issues with giving people the wrong food.
