Marshall McDonald's never fails to disappoint. Ordered 2 Grinch meals one with soda one with frappe no whip crm. Missing an order of fries and whip crm was on my frappe. Food was typical, order wasn't right, again, and since I was the only one in drive thru and I placed my order online, so you would think they could get it right.... 😒🤔

We are leaving this review after visting this restaurant on our way through Marshall. Food was good, and restaurant was clean. We are leaving this review as a result of the actions of the staff. An elderly gentleman, who was known by the staff came in and made his way to a table. A young woman behind the counter saw him, and came to his table, and greated him, addressing him as sir. She asked what she could get him, and a few minutes later brought him his food. She came back and...

We had a family of 9 place 2 different mobile orders 5 minutes before closing. We usually try kot to visit any food establishment within a half hour of closing. But, we had just spent an hour getting out of some mud trying to make our way home. The man working, he could have chose to be anything but nice, yet he chose to treat all of us with kindness. And his kindness is what our family needed at that time.
