It never fails! They still cannot make a burger correctly the way it is ordered. Every time I specifically state each items that I want on our burgers and each items we don't want. And every single time it either has the stuff we ask them not to put on it or it doesn't have what we ask for. Just seems like whoever puts the burgers together can't follow simple instructions on their little screen in front of their face. Please hire someone that can follow instructions.

Waited for 20 minutes to recall to get one item. tell them this isn't all I ordered to wait another 5 minutes to still not get all I ordered, another 5 minutes no straw. 8 pm driving until 4 am thank you

Best sonic you'll find in the area and maybe even in Arkansas! Super professional and polite staff and they are always so quick! You can tell their management staff have helped carry them and their store well!
Great service and food here! I very quickly went through the drive thru and go back on the road and this place was packed! I ordered just a regular cheeseburger, and it was PERFECT!

This is the only Sonic that has employees that can make a specialty drink correctly and I have to drive 3 hours to get there! However I travel to Jonesboro Arkansas often and it's worth the wait till I get there ?

Order the cherry limeade did not get a cherry limeade. I guess they are out of or something. I don't know, they use something else. they should have communicated that.

I was served a Sonic cheeseburger with trash in it in Marshall, AR. April 17, 2023. I do not recommend Sonic Drive-In for this reason. Check your food for trash before you bite into it.

Great representation of what a SONIC should be like: Clean, fast, fresh, made to order, and the customer service is amazing. These people need to train the SONIC at 4039 S Loop 1604 ESan Antonio, TX 78264. This place really surprised me with how fast they are with our orders. Thanks guys. This SONIC needs to be recognized. Half the time they don't get the order right. Doesn't even matter if you order thru the app, at the drive thru, etc, or what time of day it is, they still get it wrong. I don't want lettuce or onion or ketchup on my burgers, they seem to have trouble getting that right. Maybe the cook can't read! I ordered breakfast thru the app this morning. Ordered 2 syrup and got one. Ordered a bacon toaster sandwich and there was only one strip of bacon on it. Guess the cook was hungry and ate the rest of it. I give up trying with Sonic and won't be going back. The one in Clinton can't get it right either.
