Melissa Campos, owner/operator of Maumelle Chik fil A has HORRIBLE customer service skills. I literally had to give my special order FIVE TIMES. Got to the window and it was still wrong. I asked what’s the problem, she became defensive…She thought arguing with me was best for giving excellent customer service. Melissa it’s imperative to DO BETTER!!!!!

Not sure what it is with this particular location but if you ask for a large drink you will not get it.
Was already in a sour mood because I saw the sign for CFA on the interstate, but had to drive about 15 minutes out of the way to get to it. I’ve never seen a sign for something that far away from the interstate. It’s actually closer to use a different exit.
Then the wait for my food after ordering was close to 10 minutes. They brought the wrong order out and had to wait again for the right order.
