Chick-Fil-A’s Maumelle location service is HORRIBLE. Just HORRIBLE! They’re always getting my order WRONG. Even when I spell it out for them. 1- Either the ticket is correct and the food is wrong, 2- I meticulously give my order and they mess it up by giving me something I did NOT ask for. IT IS EXHAUSTING!!!!!!!

I typically don't care about how long it takes me to get fast food… However, this experience sucked. Being stuck in that line for 20 to 25 minutes just to be told when you finally get to the window that they don't have what you ordered is crazy. At any point in time while I was out there, someone could've came out to talk to me so I could've changed my order before I got to the window. I know it's not an easy job, but come on guys!

I'm beyond myself, first time doing a negative review 🙃 Friday morning 8/9, drive thru was packed, I did a pick up order, 6 people waiting for pick up orders, the floors were sticky and nasty, and the restaurant smelled bad. And we had to wait almost 12 minutes for our order. We asked for Buffalo sauce and got honey mustard. So sad to see this kind of bad/negative changes
Service is getting worse and they need to address it. They will flat out deliver the wrong or partial order. Then overlook you completely when you go to the counter. This place didn’t run this way before and I know it’s under new management. It’s a direct reflection of their abilities to manage a restaurant and personnel.

Very surprised. Traveling on I-40 and looking forward to a Chick-fil-A and had to even divert from the highway 5 miles to get there. The service was less than pleasant and got the order wrong. My wife got spicy chicken and wanted extra pickles and got no pickles, complained and waited way too long and had to ask twice. Ordered the chicken soup but they didn't have it. Fries were stale. Just not worth complaining about when traveling cross country. Definitely unexpected in the wrong way.
