It was great while it lasted. My favorite hamburger joint has now fallen. No one bringing fries until you make a point to ask for them, the person doing the register also is the French Fry person. It was crowded, so some people may not get fries at all before their burger gets to the table, because the fry person is taking orders.. No one was at the register to take our order for almost 5 minutes, she was busy getting ice cream for people. And SO loud in there, need sound deadeners on the walls. But the food is still great and the workers are still friendly.

Been going to David’s for over 8 years now at a rate of at least once a week. Furthermore been to just about every location in central AR, and for whatever reason the Maumelle location just disappoints. The food quality depends on the shift. It’s the only location that has gotten our order wrong several times. But the real example on how broken this location is: after we got our drinks and ice cream we had to pull up and park to wait on our burgers for a while, all while the ice cream is melting. I would be lying if I said we would never be back. David’s is the one we can usually agree on. Frustrated and questioning why I’m back after yet another bad experience, absolutely.

Worse experience at a restaurant ever!! Waited on my food patiently for 20 minutes! The manger Whitney should not be a manger. She asked me where was I parked and tried to give me old food and no refund. Terrible service!! Rating 1 start was more than this establishment deserved!

Passive Aggressive Negotiator
Loyal customer here, but both your fries and burger patties are getting TOO SALTY! Don't let those good over-zealous Kids ruin your business with a saltshaker! Restrict some of the holes or measure the sodium content. I could name a local competitor (starts with a Z) who ruined their business with high sodium. Unlike them, you have saltshakers on your tables for those who can handle extra salt, but it's an actual health hazard for those who can't handle it! Regards

I come to David’s nearly every day for my lunch break. I do this consistently because i KNOW the food and service will be amazing. There is one specific employee that i would like to dedicate a lot of this to, and that’s Harmony. She usually works the drive through, and she has almost memorized my order (ik i go too much haha). Apart from that, she is ALWAYS so kind. I love coming here and i tell everyone to come here for some good fresh food.

I was in Arkansas on business and drove past the Maumelle location. My co-worker and I saw the parking lot was packed so we turned around to try it out. We were greeted warmly after coming through the door. The gent that took our order was smiling and helpful. We each went with the single patty combo. During our lunch, there were three employees who stopped by a combined total of 7 times to refill our fries, drinks, check on us, and then offer ice cream samples. The food was incredible and the service was some of the best I’ve experienced. The bill was less than $25 for our meals and that included tip. And they thanked us as we walked out the door. Keep up the great work, I will be sure to stop by again the next time I’m in the area.

This place is amazing! The burgers and fries are some of the best I've ever had, and the friendly employees are just as good as the food. I was greeted by 3 smiling employees before I reached the counter. In my short visit, I was given a free refill of fries, a small cup of ice cream, and an offer to top off my drink. By far the best service I have ever been offered in a restaurant.
