Terrible we ordered pizza at 3:25 pm and never received our food. The store manager was rude af and said I can’t get my money back for 3-7 days. I asked for money back today he said no! I shouldn’t have to wait 3-7 days for my money when they were paid instantly I sent $30+ for our food we never received. I will never order a crumb from this place!!! Delivery and customer service is horrible and they are rude. The store manager hung up in my face bc I demanded my money be giving to me today!!! Do not order from this location you get your food.

This was what was ordered: Small (10") Gluten Free Crust Spinach & Feta Whole: Light Cheese, Light Feta Cheese, Light Shredded Parmesan, Light Alfredo Sauce, Mushrooms, Onions, Spinach, Shredded Provolone Cheese. What we got was small mushroom and cheese. No spinach, no onion, etc. Additionally, the medium pizza we ordered was not sliced at all. So much for the quality checker that it is said is used. Very disappointing to spend as much money as pizza costs not and the order cant even be right.

The pizza wasn’t horrible, it tasted ok, so I’m not rating it worse than a 4. But I’ve never gone to a pizza place and gotten a pizza burned that badly. I can’t imagine that they wouldn’t have tossed it and remade it. And I see other mentions of burned pizzas on here, so it would seem that I’m not alone. Probably 20% of the pizza was blackened.

Ever since they moved to the "new" location, their quality of everything has gone way up. I always order through the app (coupons!) and, besides sometimes taking a little longer than expected, the food is consistently good and they are always courteous when I interact with them at the drive-thru window.
My pizza is always fresh, and delicious. Service is always great with friendly workers as well
