I am requesting to be contacted by store ownership regarding a very poor customer service experience at this location. The General Manager, Bethany, was extremely unprofessional during multiple phone calls. My delivery order was incorrect, and when I called to request a refund for the missing items, I was told a refund could not be issued unless I returned to the store in person. I was also told the missing items could not be delivered because they “don’t have drivers,” and the only solution offered was to “throw something in next time,” which is not acceptable for a delivery-only customer.
Instead of working toward a resolution, Bethany escalated the situation immediately, falsely accusing me of yelling and speaking down to her, which did not occur. She hung up on me twice. When I called back, she raised her voice again and continued to place blame on me before hanging up once more. The calls were on speaker, and others in my home were equally shocked by the interaction.
I ultimately contacted the corporate 800 number, where I was promptly refunded for the missing items—something that was apparently quite easy to resolve at that level. Unfortunately, my guests did not receive what they ordered, and the lack of professionalism and accountability from store leadership was disappointing. If this type of behavior is tolerated, I will not support this location again.
Chose slow service to post review because poor customer service or unprofessional service wasn't an option. This location will not get my business, which the GM, Bethany is happy about. If I were the owner of this location, I would be concerned.

Did not get my crazy sauce or any dipping sauce that I ordered. Called store they blamed it on the delivery driver delivery driver blamed it on the store so nothing got done about it. Asked for my money back and that didn’t happen either.. this has happen twice

Don't go. We asked what was ready! Everything we wanted was reported ready.! Get to the window and was asked to pull around again after they took our money. We pulled around again only to be treated like we were annoying them! No pizza again! And was told no refunds?... 50 minutes later we got this craptastic pizza and it wasn't the correct order. Do better.

Please, for the love of God, treat this woman with dignity and respect she deserves. If you don’t, you will lose the best little caesers employee I have met on this earth in my 29 years.
Hair found in my pizza! Bought the pizza for lunch at work and now I have nothing to eat for the rest of my 12 hr shift. I'm disgusted, hungry and out of almost $10. I'll be reporting this.

So you wait for someone to answer the drive thru!! 5 min I drive around!! You get inside they are having a full out war in heat with each other!! Employees yelling and cursing at each other no hot and ready pizza finally 25-30 min! Rude girl at the front counter and she cutting damn pizza with long braids that keep falling in the pizza!!! Management come on now you know better I know….. guy on smoke breaks…
