Well it is 6:49 p.m at 5:50 said pizza ready. 40mins went by I called she said what’s your name I told her she said he just left. 10 mins still not here just got the text saying pizza on the way. So she lied food will be cold. I can’t not keep giving them a try and it is always cold pizza looks like someone shook it. This is so unacceptable CEO or whoever owns this one in Maumelle they need to really check in on these issues. Try to make it more better.

As a mom, curbside pick ups are a saving grace! But not here... waited 20 mins after pick up time & checking in. Waited a few more minutes incase they were just busy and running behind. After seeing no one inside from my car, I go inside to find 3-4 girl workers all standing in the corner on their phones giggling. Once finally getting my order, we get home just to our food being cold. What was suppose to be a fast, simple, easy dinner (since we are in the middle of a remodel) turned into a pain in the rear. Probably last time visiting this location, which is disappointing and a shame for service like that in Maumelle.

I've had bad pizzas from here in the past, but when it's done right, Marco's pizza WAAAY out-pizzas the Hut with the most intense, rich, and flavor-packed pizzas contending on the market. Try them on a good day and not a busy one, and you will crave nothing else.
It's a challenge to get the store to answer the phone, curbside service just won't happen. Today's visit, the crew appeared understaffed with a flood of tickets to fill. This may be the main problem folks have been facing. Despite all of this, my order was spot-on and still that same taste I dream about. This is good management right here. ✅️

Last two times they didn't have pepper or cheese and acted like they have never heard of it, and I've had good delivery prior to the last two. I suggest waiting to give cash tip because they don't care about you if you give one up front.
