We went here for Taco Tuesday because we heard that you could get chicken soft tacos for $1 each. I had never been, but my husband had once previously. To get directly to the point, the place isn't great.
Before we got there, I tried to call the restaurant around 3 PM, but no one answered. When we got there and walked in, the phone was ringing off the wall but employees were not interested in answering it. Needless to say, it rang the whole time we were there. No one answered it.
The restaurant is located in a one-exit location in the same building as an oil changing place. It could be tricky getting out at times.
We were seated pretty quickly, and brought chips and salsa. No one took our drink order for approximately 10 minutes. After the waitress brought drinks, it took a good while for them to take our order. Others had come in and been seated and ordered, and some were even getting their food before we were able to order.
We each ordered only two tacos. Again, others were getting their food before us. The food itself was okay and I definitely won't complain about the price. It was $6 TOTAL including tip, for four tacos!! The pricing is great for these. However, it doesn't overshadow the fact that the service here is AWFUL.
I agree with some of the more recent reviews about the service being terrible. Don't go if you're in a rush or have high expectations because you'll be disappointed. Needless to say, we won't be going back.

i ordered a fajita baked potato, a cheese quesadilla, and chicken and rice over the phone and was assured that i would receive chips and salsa for each of the meals. when i picked the food up i was assured once more that chips and salsa for each of the three meals were inside the bag. when i arrived home not only was the quesadilla missing completely but there was also only one small bag of chips and one container of salsa, and the queso that was supposed to be a part of two of the meals was packed separately. i called the restaurant and the manager tried to convince me i had not ordered a quesadilla and that the amount i had paid was for the chicken and rice and the potato with a container of queso even though the queso should have been in the food and i never ordered queso. they then said that even though i ordered three meals i would only get one thing of chips and queso in total even though i had been promised three of each on two different occasions. the manager agreed to make the quesadilla for me to pick up, but when i arrived he said that he assumed i wasn’t coming despite me saying i was, and that they didn’t make the quesadilla. after having to sit and wait i finally received the quesadilla and when i asked about the chips and salsa i had been promised the manager refused repeatedly to give me what i ordered without charging extra, and eventually walked away from the conversation while i was still talking him. the manager had a horrible attitude the entire time i was talking to him and never once even offered an apology for the mistakes.

I am SO glad we stopped here. We had a large group, so we usually encounter some slow service, but that was not the case here. The waitress who served us was very nice and time efficient. The food was so good! Our tortillas were fresh, cheese dip and tortilla chips were a huge hit with the entire family, and not a single person in our party had something to complain about with our food. We only waited maybe 20 minutes to get our plates and there were 12 of us, so I feel like that's not bad. Absolutely recommend.
I normally never leave reviews but this place is ridiculous. I ordered three chicken tacos, I was bought three beef. I told the waitress that I ordered chicken and she argued with me that I ordered beef. Now who is right in this situation? The person who only orders chicken tacos at every Mexican place or the waitress with a full restaurant and no notepad to write down orders? She did not even offer to replace them. Just argued that I was wrong and she was right. And on top of that, the beef tacos are low quality. I keep trying to give this place a try because it’s close to my job but I do not recommend. Go to El Charro right around the corner. Better atmosphere, they have an actual bar you can sit at and have high quality food. This place is El Garbage.
Update: I told the manager on duty about the situation and nothing was done. Just looked at me with a blank stare and never said anything to the waitress.

This place has a very limited selection of food which explains the 3 stars. It took me 20 minutes to figure out what to order because the menu was disorganized. The menu was entirely in English and for an authentic place that's how you pretend to be authentic. This isn't authentic Mexican. I went to ask them for aguas frescas (horchata) and they didn't have any. I thought they'd have root beer, nope. No lengua either, which is my favorite Mexican delicacy. The main choices you have are on Mr Pancho's menu item unless you want seafood. On top of that, this place has waiters that give you the wrong order which means that this place is extremely understaffed at least five different tables. You're going to have to be tipping every server $20+ in order for them to even appreciate their job.
Only been there twice both times that's the wrong order food was good service that's so good we'll never go back
