The slowest Sonic I have ever been to. Took forever to place my order then a second forever to get my food. They were not that crowded. I wont be back. Note* I never give bad reviews but this was deserved.

Y’all got to figure this whole thing out. I’ve been to this location 4 times and there has been a significant error each time either with double charging me and not knowing how to fix it, forgetting to bring my food out, or getting the order very wrong. Management, get involved

Just got home with a newborn baby and nothing is more frustrating than opening your bag of food and realizing they didn’t give you what you paid for. Also realized they didn’t give a receipt. I tried calling to fix it but they won’t answer the phone. Also, stalls closed at 9:45 pm is ridiculous. I ordered and paid for a large cheddar pepper and got a small. It was the guy with long hair and glasses that gave me my order and took it.

We just left sonic. We had to push the red button 3 times we waited for 30 min and no one came. Then we got into the drive in line and no one took our order. Maybe don't advertise you'll be open on Halloween if there aren't enough workers.

Cam to order my pregnant wife some food whoever was taking my order was tryna rush me off the headset kept cutting me off and I wasn’t even done ordering I called back in she still did the same thing even had the nerve to say what was I talking about when I asked did she get my entire order because it kept hanging up on me do better sonic

Change your cook for the love of God. If you can't cook a burger which is the base minimum of the menu, time to move on. Burgers at this location are always dry and overcooked. Cheese burnt to a crisp. Shouldn't take referring countless bad reviews to corporate to finally get someone here to start caring.
Asked for a plain kids burger. They tried to charge me double and then made me sit 20 min. Then gave me a cheese burger. And had to remake it. I don’t complain ever but for real this was absolutely ridiculous. 20 min for a burger and a bun?

Fun experiment. Did you know if you order multiple pizzas Marcos and a single drink from sonic at the same time, the pizzas will be finished and ready to pick up before you get your single drink.
