Okay I initially gave them three stars since they tried to scam me for additional food after my card which was processed already. Now they hit a new low yet again I was short $20 of my change then my entire order was wrong and cold. The parking lot becomes a playground for teens after 3pm and the service is corrupt and awful. I highly recommend a different restaurant since there are many in the area

Whatever you do, DO NOT pay for your food while you’re in line. Been here for 30 mins, guy brought me the wrong food twice. Which he then took to the cars behind me after I opened everything up and touched it. Horrible experience but they take your money within 5 mins to keep you locked in. Go somewhere else you’ll save a ton of time and have a better experience, this is not Fast food.

If you come at night brace yourself for THE GHETTO! This is the hangout spot for the wild, unruly teen crowd. Running through the stalls, screaming curse words, chasing down cars, honking, you name it. Sonic stand up and get it together, I’ve left without ordering because it’s a hot mess over there and I have a small child.

We got a notification that our order was being delivered 5 minutes after we placed it. It did not come out for another 20 minutes, and that was after we had to remind them we were still waiting. Slush was the wrong size and the side in our wacky pack was wrong. When we got home, we discovered the corn dog was burnt. We will not be coming back to this location.
FOOD POISEN 720 pm ish stall 7 may 29 First this place has been good past and im not normally one to write negative reviews except for this time. I been in agony on and off for hours now and nearly chucked i dont usually order food here. I tend to come here for cheap soft serve once ina while maybe once or twice a month. i usually get 1 sometimes 2 blast for me and my gf to split. Moneys tight. Well I was in stall 7 i ordered me a cheese burger and onion rings. The food came out quickly. But tjey didnt have my ice cream. Then only had 1 bell hop on staff and i dont blame the bell hop at all. She said she wpuld bring me my ice cream so i wait abpuy 10 min had tome to eat my food. Which the burgar was a red flag but its sonic not a place kownn for great fast food so i didnt think mich of it. Well the carhop didnt show up so i pressed the order button which just sat there. Silence. The carhop shows up and delovers what look like the icecream to someone else and she realised her mistake and came to apolgize to me she make a fresh one the guy o. Speaker answers finally same thing. I politely said its ok i try to be nice to people service work is hard. I waited a few more min got my ice cream. And about the time i got home i started to get really sick as mentioned above so. Sadly o dont like wr8ting a negative review but i payed 20 bucks and im still hurtong sick i forgive the car hop but ill not be coming back.. sorry...

Just threw away a double smash burger at Sonic! I’m not sure who’s working today, but I was given a cold, steamed gray looking sandwich. I had to ask for napkins and ketchup for my tots after I had found none in my bag. It was cold, glued to the bun as if it had been sitting for a while. NOT A fresh SMASH BURGER you say you cook to order. I would have returned it, but I didn’t want any secret sauce since I received this mess first. Shame on you and your staff.

Food is always good for me, but sometimes the teens hanging out make the place loud and not a good place to sit and eat. Kids were throwing a football around tonight and hit our car. Not sure what the employees can do about it, but it’s really annoying. It’s not the employees’ fault though.

I ordered a medium Heath bar shake, the shake I received was a peanut butter cup shake, and I am Allergic to Peanuts. I didn’t check it before leaving Sonic, but when I got to the high school, I realized it was wrong and had to give it away. Needless to say, I had to stop at McDonald's later for dinner. If I ever go back to that Sonic, I will double-check the order before leaving.
