I called in for lunch and by the time I got there within 10 minutes it was already ready by the time I parked and walked up to the window. Always quick and consistently good. I've tried a few other places around town but I always go back to Southern Hibachi as my goto. I usually get the combo since I can't decide and always end up getting 2 or 3 meals out of one order. Even amounts of meat rice and vegetables and spaces to go with it all. Vegetables are always cooked well not too soggy or undercooked like I've experienced elsewhere. The egg rolls are good to add as a side too. Will definitely be back again.

Pros: Good portion sizes, rice was freshly fried, not gummy like other to-go hibachi places.Cons: Everything was so salty that it gave me a migraine. The chicken was drenched in too much sauce.

Love this food truck- the teriyaki chicken and fried rice are great! They have huge portions for a very affordable price and it still tastes amazing. We keep coming back. Oh and try the cream cheese wontons, they're great!
