The Starbucks was super busy this morning. I placed my pickup order 15 minutes before I got to the Starbucks. Once inside my order was not complete. There are 5 workers and they are all working as hard as they can except one. The lady who was taking the drive thru orders. She is just standing around. Not answering the phones, nor jumping in to help with making orders. She was the only one not wearing a name badge as well. She should have better customer service and actually help her team to get customers in and out!!

I placed an order on DoorDash to only receive food,and not my drinks. If someone is going to pay so much you should be able to receive everything you ordered.

What’s not to love about Starbucks? Yes the coffee is overpriced and full of sugar but it’s so good! I shouldn’t have been introduced to the Trenta size. Ordering that size means you are doing the most, so today I was definitely extra af.
Salted Caramel Cold Brew please! Throw in a sourdough grilled cheese, which by the way is delicious.
Also the pumpkin loaf slices need to stay on the menu year round. Love them! I

What in the Scooby Snacks is this? My drink had espresso grounds in it — I’ve never seen that in my life. I also asked for oat milk and blonde espresso, but apparently that wasn’t rung up correctly. The staff was really nice, but the order just wasn’t right and the drink wasn’t enjoyable.

Ordered a birthday drink, and it’s the worse drink I’ve ever ordered. All I ordered was a classic brown sugar shaken espresso and I assume they didn’t make it fully with the syrups so it’s literally just espresso and oat milk, don’t get me wrong I love espresso, but this is simply not what I ordered or wanted. How disappointing. Thanks for the awful birthday drink!
