I won't be coming back to this Subway. I ordered two completely different subs, with NOTHING being the same on them. I got two of the exact same subs that were both made incorrectly. Unacceptable and quite careless. They were ordered online for pickup, I guess nobody cared to read the order.

This isn't the first time I have had issues with this subway. Better off going to the others around Maumelle.

This Subway had a great crew tonight!!!
Kudos to this new crew! Even my husband commented on how impressed he was with them. They are quick, courteous, and keep the restaurant clean. Keep it up!!

Only went to get the Subway pizza for my son after his soccer game but they don't carry it. Still very friendly and apologetic.

Please stop covering the meats and cheese, made me very uncomfortable not being able to see what was put on my sandwich. Price was $11 for a 6 inch and a small drink. Absolutely insane. Workers are rude, and there was hardly anything on my sandwich. Overall very disappointed.

Regarding the picture you see below, the salad wasn't ate at all before I took the pic. (Co-workers witnessed this). I just mixed the salad up with my fork & then took the pic.
Went in & asked for a salad the guy puts full tomatoes on before the lettuce & proceeds to not cut up the tomatoes. Throws a handful of lettuce on there, not much at all. The bowl wasn't even halfway full (my co-workers saw this as well & I even took a picture). He then throws full pieces of ham on top not cut up, I asked him if they not cut the ham he states, no & I then proceeded to ask him to cut the ham. Very poor customer service and its sad people are halfway doing there job I highly doubt i'm going back to this location. During this whole interaction the manager or shift lead was standing there and never interviend.

What’s the point of having a drive thru window when the workers inside ignore the fact that you’re at the window . Today was my 2nd time ordering from this subway & going to the window for pick up & the three girls inside acted as if I wasn’t there even after I pressed the button twice .

If you have been staying away from Subway, try this one! The sandwiches are a bit pricey -- I get a veggie with no meat so perhaps that's why ... they don't pay nearly as much for what's on my sandwich vs. what I shell out. Still, the bread is fresh and the staff is friendly. The inside is clean and bright and smells like fresh-baked bread. I have been at Subways across the country and I tend to shy away from them when traveling because they aren't clean or the service is terrible. This one is terrific and the food is fresh and good! I gave it four starts b/c of the price.

In my opinion if you eat a footlong, it's just not worth the money they are asking. I pay approx $20 for Lg drink and footlong bmt. I used to pay $7 for 1 big Mac and 10pc nugget and lg drink. Huge difference. Gonna try huel for now, subway is over priced. Probably to pay for the celebrity commercials.

Would give 0 stars if possible. This subway location is USELESS. The workers are lazy. They close every night 20 minutes early. Will be calling corporate to file a complaint. Drive thru is advertised as open. Every time the store is open, they seem to have a traffic cone in front of the drive thru making it non accessible. Completely inconvenient. Why advertise drive-thru if it’s non accessible 90% of the time?

The subway is great, I just wish they had the veggie patty that I need them to have. Every subway should have this option for vegetarians to get that substance And texture on their sandwich. Otherwise, current employees are great, especially Toni. Very friendly and helpful and always great attitude.

Vegetarian options: There are not any veggie patties at this location! They used to have them but do not anymore. So sad.

ate 1/2 of my meatball cheese sub. got a hurroble case of food poisoning. sickest Ive been in a long while. the boys had rotisserie chicken and loved it. very dark in drive thru a lil scary. need to put some lighting out there.
