“Pizza Hut now requires you to answer the phone for delivery. Total irresponsibility on their part. They said I did not answer my phone. Really. I ordered and it is Pizza Huts responsibility to deliver. The manager blamed me for not answering the phone. She said these CHILDREN did not know directions. She said they did not have them. I said I provided them in the online delivery order. Again she said the driver did not have them. I guess I needed to talk to the driver and order. Dumbing down of America folks. Blame me because I ordered online and provided all the info they needed. and they cannot deliver. Even the delivery instructions. Pizza Hut delivery is a joke.“
