Eating here was such a great experience. I loved their chicken Alfredo and the woman who makes it is really kind. I also loved her cookies that she made. I just wanted to drop her view because she was such a nice person. You should really check this place out if you haven’t been. Feel like their chicken Alfredo is as good as Olive Garden for half the price. The wait times were very reasonable.

We LOVE this place! It is very well packaged so the food is perfectly hot after traveling home. My favorite dish is the fettuccine noodles with extra pink sauce. I've never had Italian that's more delicious than theirs! I'm always reusing the take out bags for random things.?

The homemade chicken alfredo is sooo bomb.?? It's flavorful, creamy and the garlic bread that comes with it is reallllly good too. The customer service is always amazing. Service is always fast and the staff are super sweet I'm soo happy I found out about this hidden gem. 10/10 I do recommend!

My husband and I drove over from Sherwood to try this today-
We were warmly greeted when we arrived & given time to look over the menu. I opted for the piccola pasta plate of spaghetti & meatball with pink sauce. It came with a thick slice of garlic toast. ((This was a nice portion size for lunch or if you aren’t starving at supper time…a regular portion would’ve left me with plenty to take home for later))
You can tell the sauces are homemade-QUALITY!!! ((Didn’t taste cheap like jarred sauce-or like metal, as stated in another review))
As far as timing goes- There was a family of 4 ahead of us, who’d been waiting a minute or two when we arrived. They got their food & my name was called within 3 minutes… everything was FRESH & HOT!!!
The weather was mild& breezy for mid August, so we stayed & enjoyed our meal there. They have very nice, clean picnic tables with umbrellas.
I have zero complaints & am already planning my next trip soon!!
Make sure you try their homemade cookies too!!! Key Lime was the flavor of the day & they were delicious!!!!

Owners were very friendly and fun to talk with. The food was incredible! I saw a video on facebook of the alfredo being made and I could barely think about anything else! Which I'm sad because after tasting the meatballs I really wish I had gotten a meatball sub because those meatballs were amazing! And you can not miss out on the cookies! I still crave the orange cream cookie I had when we visited!

The people are lovely and their doggo is too. I only gave 4 stars in atmosphere because I’m skiddish of stranger dogs so I’d have preferred if the sweet pup stayed out of the ordering area but my kids loved seeing her. I’ve seen lots of people order and they seem to enjoy the pup.
My kids had been asking to get food from Saucy T for a while so I was tired and finally gave in. My husband and I tried the online order but the site was looping and we couldn’t figure it out at first (I’m savvy so it wasn’t for lack of trying). It was 15mins later when we decided to call but no one answered. I was pushing my husband to just call another restaurant but he gave it one more try online and it finally started allowing us to order.
I love fried ravioli and got quite excited. The picture online is a large stack of ravioli for $6! But when we got home the item was four of the tiniest ravioli I’ve ever seen. My kids felt bad enough to offer me some of their food since the ravioli was all I ordered. It ok… we’re moms. The ravioli was hard and dry. The ricotta was stuck to the pasta and was not full and fluffy like the picture online.
Moving on to the pasta plate. We chose fettuccine with Alfredo sauce and penne with pink sauce. Now, I don’t eat at food trucks often but when I have, the portions are usually enough to share, as are most restaurants (expect the super fancy ones). So when I one ordered the two pasta plates I assumed it would be enough for my two big kids to share a little with my tiny kid. This was hardly the case and no, we didn’t choose the small pasta plate. I was just shocked that’s all.
The pink sauce was tasty but something strange was going on with the Alfredo. It was kind of clumpy, you could see fat/oils separating from the crème in the sauce. I don’t think it’s supposed to be that way.
I’d like to give it another try but I’m kind of a one shot kind of person which is maybe a blessing because I don’t think I need any more Italian food adding to my waistline.

The meatball sub was good, the fettuccini had a funky aftertaste like a plastic container as did the bread that came with it. If you order the “big mozz cheese sticks”don’t be swayed by the photo of them. You get 3 regular sized sticks for $10.00. Parking was easy and staff was very friendly.

I am SOOOOO disappointed. I feel terrible saying this- I really do, because I want to support this small business. But I have to say this- After reading the reviews, I really thought this place was going to be good. After waiting for around 15-20 mins for my food, I received a shockingly small portion of spaghetti. Its barely as deep as the teeth on the fork. Ive posted pictures. I wasn't aware that the "extra garlic bread" would be 1 small slice for $1. The spaghetti is just...terrible. It really is.. I cannot eat this, I can literally taste the metal from the can in the sauce and the noodles taste like they have some kind of cleaner in them. MASSIVELY disappointed in the taste, value and portion. Not at all what I was expecting for a total of nearly $17. It's like really, really bad. I could've made 3 or 4 full batches of spaghetti for this price. Very sad because I waited all day for this and my food is uber important to me. I haven't tasted spaghetti this bad in..forever. Really wish I had not gone here and wasted my money. This place could've had my regular business if it hadn't gone this way. I'm sorry. Additionally, I just tried the cookies. Oh.my.gosh. please do not eat here. The cookies or the ingredients used to make these cookies are not fresh, I can taste a horrible stale flavor in the aftertaste. I got a second and third opinion on all of this, and they agreed 100% . Again, I'm sorry to have to say this, but it is some of the worst food I've ever been served.
