When I dined in around 12 or so, the manager in charge was insanely inept in professionalism and courtesy. My partner and I were shocked to hear him remain passive aggressive towards his employees the whole time and oddly enough, make fun of my order lol. I understand that WaffleHouse is not a formal dining establishment, but I will not eat in a place where the manager is rude to employees. Have some pride in your job, man.

unfortunately have to make this post, but the service here was not the greatest. barely paid attention to our drinks, no syrup with my waffle and our server had nothing to say to us. i had to ask for several things just so i could leave. not to mention, had another server complaining and using foul language right next to us. at least go to the walk-in or something. usually i wouldn't care about this stuff but when someone has had a bad day and needs to get out, this is not the environment they'd like to be in. i'm definitely going to the other one across town.

Disappointed in service. Arrived and sat down. Waited 15 min to be talked to but still never cleaned the table or offered a drink. Left without ordering
Shockingly, I’ve never once had a bad experience at any Waffle House. But somehow this Waffle House always manages to be the worst. Terrible experience. Not only did I wait an hour for my take out order, they had it ready the whole time. For context, upon arrival I walked to the counter and made them aware of which order I was there to pick up. I was told to take a seat and it would be ready shortly… it was already done. So this was either done on purpose or they are just purely ignorant. I asked them eventually if my order was ready and they acted like they didn’t even know I was there to pick up an order. Keep in mind, I had already made it apparent what I was there for. Not to mention I was waiting in the pick up section.
Do not recommend this Waffle House to anyone.

The fact that you can't even order over the phone and you have to go there and then sit and wait is annoying. These people don't understand that we are on break and we have to clock out to go to lunch so waiting to get your food is taking away from your break that you can spend to yourself. You guys are going to lose a lot of business. The app/website is stupid. you can't make Specific Instructions on it along with the website. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Our server Courtney had a great attitude & tended to all of our needs. She was great with our kids & definitely takes pride in doing her job. Our cook cooked our food perfectly how we ordered it. We will be visiting again. Thank yall so much
