Absolutely terrible!!!we did not even stay to eat. My husband and I went in at about 12am and it was like walking into a party or a bar. Music was extremely loud and the people in there weren't even eating they were partying with the staff and Noone even came over to ask if we wanted coffee or anything so we left.

Server was rude as could be!! Literally pulled up a chair to tale or order then disappeared!! Was told she ran out the back!!! They was out of just about everything and made our food wrong!! We got up paid and left went to the other waffle house. We won't be back to the Maumelle location!!

This place is amazing! The staff is always friendly and the food is great. I always order a breakfast that includes a waffle and eggs and bacon and I make them into a waffle taco, that's my waffle House ritual! Just wish the dining room was a bit bigger!! ?

Why do they never answer their phone. I’ve called countless times throughout the years and never once has anyone ever answered the phone. I don’t feel like dining in and I don’t feel like driving there to order my food and wait 30 minutes to be able to go home and eat it.

We stopped coming to this location because of the bad customer service. Like unheard of kind. They would say they weren’t taking any orders during shift change and that it would be 30-45min wait…. When not a souls was in there… but NOWThe last 3 visits have been so pleasant, the food has been cooked to perfection and the customer service has done a complete 180. The asst manager Cam has a calm spirit and is making sure it is running smoothly . If he sees something that needs to be done, he is doing it to help. We enjoy our visits back to Waffle House. Thank you. Praying they can keep this crew.
