My burger was cold, and the meat looked not fresh, I asked for fries no salt and they tasted stale and old, several people came in returning their food because their order wasn't right...Sooooo um just saying...

First of all the fries were cold,second I asked for a baconator meal large, I got a one patty on it instead of two......I said large fries twice and she still rung me up for a medium when I told her large sweet tea she never mentioned that they were out which is fine if your out your out but I proceed to ask the cashier if they were she said yes we are out up front then I asked If she could get me some from drive through then proceeded to tell me they were out all together.....well that would have been nice to know WHEN I SAID IT IN MY ORDER thank God they had vitamin water lemonade cause I don't drink soda pretty poor I would say they need to get it together up here maybe random drug tests would be a start or atleast one to get hired on I get that it's fast food but my order was soooooo simple that the only way to mess it up is to be on something Large fries Large sweet tea Baconator A 5 year old could put that together

Food was delivered by uber. Time and driver was excellent. But the food was awful. Even on this warm day and evening. Food was cold and didn’t taste well. . Nothing worse than having cold fries. I ordered lettuce on both burgers, I received a piece of lettuce for each burger, the size of a quarter. I took a picture of it. Very disappointed in Wendy’s!!! Never will I order from Wendy's for a delivery!

(Maumelle) Wendy’s is the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever stepped foot in. I don’t know who’s running this location but it need changes immediately. My children food was old and hard and when asked to make fresh the young lady caught an attitude immediately like it’s our fault that they gave us old food. The store is disgusting needs to be cleaned asap!!!! NEW MANAGEMENT NEEDED!!!!

I got burnt nuggets, fries was cold, and burger hadnold meat. I guess because it was close to close they just gave out old food instead of cooking fresh. And it took them a long time to bring it out. So i don't understand how my food came out so badly. This not the first time it happened with this Wendy's at night.

On January 9, 2025, at approximately 11:40am I came in and ordered a large Wendy’s chili. After receiving the bag with no crackers or sour cream, napkins folk or spoon. I got home to find out they only fill the bowl half way!!

I normally come to Wendy’s every Sunday through Wednesday on my way to work, and the staff is always very friendly. My order is always correct but the last two Sundays the service has been very, very poor, and I stopped there today the entire staff with an exception of the person that was doing the cooking Was all on their phones couldn’t be bothered with taking orders from the front and then the girl gave me my order. She gave it to me with the bag half open threw my sandwich in it and then threw the bag up on the counter. she’s a young black girl with blonde braids , you guys got to do better than that you’ve got better staff
